Tavares_, a bonafide Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering student of Urdaneta City
University, College of Engineering and Architecture to travel and have their On-The- Job
Training at _Northern Cement Corporation_ located at _Brgy. Labayug, Sison,
Pangasinan until completion of 240 hours in- plant training.

I am fully aware that the said OJT Training is very important for them to fully
develop their knowledge in terms of technical and actual application of their acquired
theories in the field of Civil Engineering and likewise, a part of their program curriculum.
