The San Beda International Law Society (“ILS”) is the premier student organization of the San
Beda University – College of Law dedicated to the study and promotion of the field of
international law. In line with this, the ILS annually hosts its major flagship event, the Public
International Law Moot Court Competition (PIL Moot), a moot court competition open to
sophomore law students.

We cordially invite your company, Red Bull, to be a partner-sponsor of our organization in the
PIL Moot. This event is aimed at allowing students to develop their skills in memorandum
writing and oral argumentation, which are vital to law practice. It is also to supplement
classroom discussion with experience in actual case preparation. The competition is geared to
engage students in interest on international law.

The PIL Moot, which will be held in San Beda University - Manila on 23-25 April 2020, is a
3-day event where Public International Law students from the different sophomore classes of
the College of Law research on and handle a hypothetical case concerning international law
issues. The event regularly invites some of the best law practitioners and law students from the
different law schools within Metro Manila to judge in the competition rounds.
