    Good day,

    I am Ferdinand Elbert D. Jomilla Jr., a third-year law student in San Beda University - College of
    Law. I write this letter to signify my intent to apply as an intern for the 2020 Legal Internship
    Program of the Office of the Solicitor General.

    The Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) is the institution where I believe I can truly pursue my
    passion for learning international law. I have had two professors who are currently working for the
    OSG, and their experiences and stories make me believe that working with the OSG—even as an
    intern—will provide the best opportunity for international law practice, be it litigation,
    consultation, or arbitration.

    As a law student with moot court experience, namely: the International Humanitarian Law Moot
    Court Competition and the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot, I believe I
    meet the standards required when it comes to oral advocacy, legal research, and drafting written
    pleadings.
