ROLE SPECIFICATIONS
Develop market strategies to gain share/develop category and achieve top and
bottom line targets for the brand
Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums
like TV, Digital, Mobile & Print
Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of category
development.
Work with media team to explore various innovative and cost-effective
communication platforms including digital, to plan effective media strategy
Liaison with trade marketing teams to conceptualize multi local plans to increase
the brands salience and footprint
Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development.
Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer
offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy, if required
Works with agency partners to ensure business/consumer understanding are in
putted in a timely manner and effective manner
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technologies
Manage projects seamlessly which are dependent on cross functions delivery
