Engineers to work on cutting edge, industry leading AI solutions.

We are looking for candidate who can leverage diverse and large datasets to solve advanced analytics
problems like predictive customer segmentation, marketing mix modeling, impact assessment,
attribution analytics, customer journey modeling, recommender engines, next best action analytics, text
classification, text analytics and image processing.

Key responsibilities will include:

 Understand the business problem and translate it into a ML problem

 Selecting and running right machine learning and deep learning experiments using various
libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, Theano, Spark, H2O, TensorFlow etc.)
 Knowledge of deploying machine/deep learning solutions in the cloud, creating rest APIs for
machine learning projects
 Optimizing solutions for performance and scalability
 Data engineering, i.e. ensuring a good data flow between database and backend systems
 Building Natural language processing related products
 Understanding and Implementing deep learning algorithms on text and image data
 Implement recent research papers to achieve better results in the field of machine learning

Desired Experience

 Hands on python experience

 Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as XGBoost,
Random Forest, Linear, Logistic Regression, k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Trees, etc.
 Solid understanding of ML/NLP algorithms including supervised and unsupervised learning, 
ensemble technique, word vector representations, language/Topic modelling, parsing, sentence
classification, sequence to sequence learning, Entity extraction, Text summarization
 In depth knowledge of deep learning methods including recurrent neural networks, Long short-
term memory (LSTM) networks, recursive neural networks, autoencoders 
 Should be capable in solving business problems using ML/NLP tools like: Tensorflow, Keras,
Pandas, Spacy, Pytorch, NLTK, SkLearn etc
 Strong programming skills in python for data pre-processing, data aggregation, visualization,
statistical modelling techniques
 Research and innovative mind set to solve complex problems
 Very strong problem-solving skills, and quantitative/analytical thinking capabilities
 Consultative problem-solving approach, customer orientation, and strong collaboration skills
 Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
 Excellent communication skills; able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly
