This Division

l. The Division contextualized Learning continuity Plan (Dcrcq ensures that the
articulated K to 12 Basic Education curriculum and its special curricular
Progfams will continuousllr be implemented amidst the culTent health situation
while ensuring the safety of all leamers, teachers, and other school
sta-keholdcrs.
2. The DCLCP was communicated to all functional divisioos in the Office, to all
school heads tlmugh the PSDS/DICs, and to all school stakeholders thmugh
F.acebook live. It is Loped that the cascaded DCrcP wi1 be fanslated to School
Leaming Continuity Pl,an based on the school's and learners' context while
possessing the DCICP's core.
3. With these, a Presentation of School I*aming Continuity Plan (suggested
templat€ is at Enclosure A) will be conducted with following objectives:

1. ensure that School ICPs ale coherent to ttre Basic Education leaming
Continuity Plan of the Central Office, Learning Continuity Plan for Basic
Education in Caraga, and Division Contextualized karning Continuity Plan;
2. provide technical assistance to all school heads in improving the School LCP
appropriate to their school's context and learners' context; and
3. provide clearer directions in school's implementation of curricular and
support programs appropriate to schml's human and physical resources.
4. Schedules, venues, and parts of the School LCP are found in Enclosure B of this
Memorandum.
5. Presentation mechanics;
a. Presenters shall prepare a printed copy of their SI,CP which will be
distributed to all panelists. Copies should be submitted to the management
team during on-site registration.
b. Each presenter is given a 30-minut€ air time inclusive for 2O-minute
presentation, and lo-minute critiquing. Management teem will signal the
time left at 5 minutes, I minute, and when the time is up. Interpolation will
