PERSONAL STATEMENT ▪ An energetic and passionate Food & Beverage Manager with over 4 years of experience in fine
dining hospitality establishments in Middle East, Europe and Asia, providing an outstanding level of

generating revenue and increasing profitability while demonstrating strong communication and

▪ Studied Master's Degree in Firm and Quality for the Agriculture and Food System and a Bachelor's
Degree in Organic Farming and Quality Management, both at University of Palermo in Italy.
