dining hospitality establishments in Middle East, Europe and Asia, providing an outstanding level of
service and quality experience. Possess proven track record of successfully operating restaurants,
generating revenue and increasing profitability while demonstrating strong communication and
leadership skills.
▪ Studied Master's Degree in Firm and Quality for the Agriculture and Food System and a Bachelor's
Degree in Organic Farming and Quality Management, both at University of Palermo in Italy.
▪ Able to speak 3 languages, Fluent in English and Arabic, intermediate in Italian.
▪ Eligible to work without work permit in Egypt because i am Egyptian. And in Vietnam according to
the new Labor Code which will become effective on January 1, 2021 and exempts foreign nationals
married to Vietnamese nationals from Work Permit application.
