WARNING
We Born Again Christians in America and elsewhere are progressively receiving incrementally and
increasingly more and increasingly larger spiritual and secured blessings and miracles since our country’s
1765 protests began because the tyrannies against us have incrementally increased so much in quantity
and size – perhaps by now as much as a thousand fold since then, and yet because of Divine grace and
mercy, not nearly enough to defeat us!
More than fifty million pages of mostly unconstitutional statutes, regulations, executive orders
and court rulings now exist in American and reflect the evils in the hearts of the Americans who have
subjected themselves to them!
This totalitarian system of written and oral words is intended to micromanage and control every
risk, decision, action and event in our citizens’ lives, and most of them have willingly accepted this for
deceitful promises of financial security and all kinds of Big Brother’s alleged safety nets. This is idolatry
and this constitutes most of what we are revolting against!
Many U.S. citizens have been denied constitutionally secured jury trials, appeals to the U.S.
Supreme Court, property rights, self-defense rights and the right to bear arms and have been denied
Judicial and Congressional relief from the tyrannical and unconstitutional confiscation of their homes and
the regulation of their businesses, and prosecution for more than a thousand federal crimes that are not
authorized by the U.S. Constitution and the murder of more than forty million of their children,
grandchildren and great grandchildren who have been unmercifully slaughtered while in or partially in
the wombs of their mothers and the ongoing genocide of millions of their older American relatives who
are forced to be treated and surgically operated on by people who are not qualified to be medical
doctors in America.
All these tyrannies and the evil heartful conditions in which they are based probably constitute most of
the major motivators or justifications for Jesus Christ to victoriously return soon to earth to defeat and
send so many people and demons to hell, and to establish a perfect government on the Earth!
IF THE ONLY PROBLEMS ON EARTH WERE NORMAL TEENAGE REBELLION, SNIFFING GLUE,
BOGUS TRAFFIC TICKETS, AND HAVING AN AFFAIR WITH ONE’S SECRETARY OR SEXATARY, WOULD
THERE BE EVEN ONE PERCENT AS MUCH JUSTIFICATION FOR JESUS TO COME BACK SOON? BECAUSE I
IN FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST HAVE BEEN SET FREE FROM ALL THE FOREGOING TYRANNIES IN ALL THE
DEVOUT TIME PERIODS OF MY LIFE, I PERSONALLY DON’T NEED A REVOLUTION AGAINST TYRANNIES
AND TYRANTS, BUT MOST LIKELY YOU DO, EITHER BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT YET SAVED BY JESUS CHRIST
OR BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT IN FULL FAITH INVOKED HIS NAME, POWER AND WORDS, INCLUDING HIS

Although you are already allowing yourself to be enslaved and screwed over by tyrants, you
should expect additional attempted persecution, threats, attacks, ridicule, and slander, and also
expect exponential divine restoration of all you lose from such attacks and expect defensive
revelations, illuminations, comforting, deliverances, blessings, miracles, and immunities from many
potential afflictions and a daring adventure!
I ask you to volunteer for Patriotic Service in total autonomy from me. And if you do so
volunteer, I strongly recommend that you do not do anything that is inconsistent with the insights,
precepts and parameters set forth in this Special Report.
Each of us can remember having a sense of blessedness, adventure, discovery, invincibility,

greatness, truth or justice as little children! The remembrance of any one of these seven phenomena
probably means you can eventually recall the others. We Born Again Christians are like little
adventuresome children in our lives on earth and in Heaven.
Unrepentant tyrannically unjust persons have none of these seven senses. So, they do not
have the excitement and joy of our childlike daring adventures. They operate like the “walking dead”.
There is no life in their human spirits on this earth. They are extremely boring and operate in
boredom ad nauseam because their every thought is on how to steal our income, wealth, homes,
liberty and lives. Jesus called such people “the children of the devil,” their dad. They are the people
who will never get saved and don’t really want to get saved. I’ve often been cheated by such men
that look so goodie goodie on the outside.
Their lifelessness, their very boringness and their deadness are some of their unseen
punishments. So do not fret because many of them appear to have gotten away with tyrannies of all
kinds against you. We will never know and we should never want to know how empty such people
are on the inside.

What Have I Done and What Am I Doing In Here?
I am an avid advocate of liberty, and a passionate supporter of the Declaration of

Independence and the U.S. Constitution. I have served Jesus Christ in the enabling of patriotic
Americans to victoriously enforce their Constitutional rights and prerogatives against thousands of
Federal and State bureaucrats. All the victories and prosperings I’ve received have been miracles and
other blessings given me in the name and power of Jesus Christ!
In this Special Report, I expose the injustices and hypocrisies of humanists, atheists,
communists, socialists, neocons, RINOs, legalists, zoners, zombies, drones, despots, and humanistic
conservatives and snare them with their own words and rules.
A Challenge to the Users of This Special Report
Most of the insights herein are based on Bible verses and guidance from the Holy Spirit
thereabout, and my translations of them. Most of them have been placed herein in the sequence in
which they were received. Ironically many intelligence reports are written this way, and more
importantly, the brilliant sequential style of the Holy Bible seems to set a precedent for this.
The writing style of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution and this Special
Report is often called “Self-Evident Literalism”. Everything in them was written to have a clear
meaning and to not be ambiguous. Otherwise, unthoughtful written words or grammar and
foundational oral arguments could be more easily disparaged by tyrants.
Therefore, the Founders, their delegees, civil servants and judges were under the U.S.
Constitution and accountable to its written words. This is “rule of law”! I too am responsible and
accountable for all my written words in this Special Report and in my contracts and covenants, and
they are always in writing with a clear meaning and without ambiguities, and therefore I am able to
fulfill my obligations in each of them.
Jesus said that to survive and thrive on earth you should live and operate by His words. His
righteousness is also in His words, and because our Founders wanted to be right in their decisions,
they operated by them. George Washington called such a process “The Religion of Jesus Christ”. Like
me, Washington did not need a Revolution. He was already totally free from all tyrannies and
tyrants, but he led our First Revolution to serve America and Americans. I hope my service to
Americans can equal one percent of his. I recommend that all U.S. Citizens have at all times in their
pockets a New Testament Bible, and a copy of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S.
Constitution, and have somewhere near them a copy of this Special Report. Vigilantly evaluate all
proposed Federal and State regulations, court rulings, executive orders, lawsuits and prosecutions
with these Brilliant yardsticks and don’t forget to spank your lawyers and your congressmen with
them!

Preface
Because the odds have always been at least 100,000 to one against me in each such conflict,
I have fervently prayed to Jesus Christ, and the Holy Trinity as a whole in and about every aspect of
each battle.
And I have received multitudes of miraculous victories and deliverances against those highly
funded, tough, smart and well educated adversaries.
My biggest surprise over many years was that more than half of my lawyers divulged
confidential and privileged information to the courts and the agencies they defended me against. I
hired them to handle some of my bigger problems and they became even bigger problems for me!
Because these lawyers were also officially officers of the court, their betrayals of me were treasonous
and they too are tyrants.
A true warrior must not be unjust or slanderous towards his opponents or enemies. As long
as I am just, I would rather face a thousand fierce government knights who naively believe they are
right than one who knows he is wrong.
My primary foes and yours are all the congressmen that have abdicated their exclusive
Constitutional power and duty to write all the administrative and enforcement rules for the statutes
they pass and have likewise abdicated their exclusive Constitutional power and the duty therein to
directly regulate actual interstate commerce occurring between private parties, and to prohibit the
Federal regulation of everything else. Their abdication is potentially a violation of their oath to the
U.S. Constitution, and if so, they too are tyrants.
Our secondary opponents are the Federal Judges who have made so many fraudulent and
absurd interpretations of the U.S. Constitution, and thus have broken their Oath or Affirmation to
defend it. The meanings they have ascribed to most of the Clauses of the U.S. Constitution are
absurdly different than the self-evident language used therein.
Our third category of nemeses are the Federal Executive Branch employees who have violated
their Oath or Affirmation to defend the U.S. Constitution. They have written and enforced
unconstitutional regulations against our citizens. This too is treasonous and they too are tyrants.
These tyrants include many of the employees of the EPA and thirty or more other Federal agencies.
Chapter #1
The Second Potential American Revolution Is Nearing!

Even before some of you read this page in this Special Report, I will have predicted The
Second American Revolution!
This book is not designed to condone, endorse, or encourage violence, and should not be construed
as condoning, endorsing, or encouraging violence. Force should never be used except in self-
defense.
As unjust as things have been, there still are statutory, regulatory and case law exceptions and
loop holes the tyrants have left in their tyrannically intended legislation, regulations and court rulings
either by accident or to try to protect and expand their secular power over “We the People” or to
reward one of their big contributors. God means for good what men mean for evil! The Holy Spirit
often has led me to such realities!
The initial phase of this potential Second American Revolution is non-combative unless and
until we Patriots are forced to defend the physical bodies we occupy against attacks by infuriated
tyrants. If they use fists, we’ll use fists and feet. If they use knives, we’ll use clubs and baseball
bats, and if they use firearms, you may have to defend yourself.

Imagine sometime in the future when fifty or a hundred gangs of tyrants across the U.S.A. are
enraged when they hear Christians loudly invoking the name and words of Jesus Christ against them
and accusing them in public for their crimes against the U.S. Constitution and “We the People.”
Nationwide those tyrants will start those fights, and we Patriots will finish them, and we’ll suddenly
be in the combative phase of the potential Second American Revolution.
Also imagine when a third of the big governmentalized corporations in the U.S. are accused of
collaborating with the Chinese Communist Party against the best interests of Americans and against
our National Security. Proverbs 1:22, “Fools hate knowledge.”
Imagine if most of the so called “social justice” corporations in the U.S.A. are both exposed
and blacklisted for their collaboration in the local and state confiscation of the homes, farms,
ranches and small businesses of Americans and subsidizing the mass murder of little babies in their
mothers’ wombs – and often partially outside them!
Imagine the uproar coming against Google, Facebook and other governmentalized
corporations for divulging our private information to U.S. governmental agencies.
Imagine the uproar when almost all Americans realize the United Nations and its lefty
lobbyists are systematically trying to nullify our Second Amendment rights to bear arms against
terrorists, tyrants, and against all the other foreign and domestic enemies of the U.S. Constitution!

The United Nations is continuing to try to usurp the sovereignty of the U.S.A. in many other
ways. It must be confronted and stopped and evicted from the U.S.A.

Chapter #2
Resistance and Combative Self-Defense Against Tyrants
You will read in Chapter 3 that that The potential Second American Revolution is nearing! I
had to write this book this myself because our congressmen won’t do it. All the members of Congress
have habitually violated their sworn oaths to defend the U.S. Constitution by abdicating their
exclusive constitutional powers to write all the regulations and laws for the enforcement of the
statutes they pass, to regulate true interstate commerce, and to prohibit the regulation of anything
else and of anyone else. So they will oppose The Second American Revolution.
The First Phase of This Revolution is Not Combative. Our mission should be to peacefully
change the culture of the U.S.A. and the rest of the world back to loving Jesus Christ and justice and
the liberty therein for which He stands! (He is the way, the truth, the resurrection and the Life.) Our
weak Christian brothers need lots of edification and time to man up so they can eventually take on
tyrants and tyrannies that are a thousand times worse than what our Patriot soldiers and Founders
fought in the First American Revolution.

I predict that in a few years we Christians will be threatened with physical violence by
members of the U.S.A. bureaucracy and their supporters because our pro Jesus and justice and liberty
rhetoric infuriates them. The first few bureaucratic threats and attacks against us Christian Patriots
may materialize into a combative nationwide Revolution. If not, my Intelligence Center will refer
injured and wounded Christian Patriots to attorneys that possibly may represent them on a
contingency basis to sue the offending bureaucratic agents and agencies for millions of dollars.
The Second Phase of this Revolution will probably be in a Self-Defense mode and therefore
Combative (in self-defense only, and those shots will be heard around the world, and the potential
Second American Revolution in its combative phase will become a Worldwide Revolution against the
new world order, humanism, atheism, communism and socialism and Satan, and we American
Patriots will have close to a billion Christian allies and several billion enemies worldwide.1
Coincidently, to pursue self-defense of the physical bodies we occupy, we Christian Patriots

will also be defending our God given liberty and property which enables our physical bodies to
continue living. I predict our combat will continue until Jesus Christ initiates the Third Phase of this
Revolution by returning and drawing us up into the clouds to be with Him. Then He will execute a
glorious victory against Satan, the demons and all the unjust people on this earth.

The Potential Declaration of The Second American Revolution And

Living Free Against Tyrannies & Tyrants with Three Types
Of Law and the U.S. Constitution
The only equality of men is under true law and in justice and in the liberty therein. The only
equality of men that could exist and that could be intentionally referred to in the Declaration of
Independence is that “all men are equal under the law and in justice and in the liberty each has
therein.” So, men are not meant to be equal in wealth or income!
Jesus is not a respecter of persons in judgment – not favoring a race or the rich person over
the poor person or the poor person over the rich person. He knows the individual spirit and heart
of each man and that his skin and other racial features are irrelevant. He does not go by the
outward appearances of a man. And I say amen!
Because each man’s physical body and DNA is uniquely different from any other, we should
assume each man’s human spirit in his physical body is also uniquely different than any other. So we
know that no two men are exactly identical or equal. Even so-called identical twins have many micro
differences.
What our Founders referred to as Natural Law and “The God of Nature” was not defined by
them. Their expressed purpose therein was to emphasize that God created all liberty and all the
inalienable rights of men. This is a true and necessary premise to keep men and governments of men
from trying to infringe against our liberty and rights. They will try in futility to do so. No man can
successfully mess with God’s creations.
Because our Founders had some differences in their Christian beliefs, the deeper truths of
Natural Law, Old Testament Biblical Law, and New Testament Revelationary Law were not fully
addressed by the Declaration of Independence. However, the Declaration is still very important and
ninety percent of the U.S. Constitution is not inconsistent with it.
Natural Law has existed since the fall of Adam and Eve and exists now. Unfortunately, Natural
Law as practiced by men includes men’s carnally biased attempts to find and determine good and evil
to judge each other and to write statutes, regulations and court rulings that deal with the physical
fallen natural state of their bodies and to write punishments against them. Natural Law can only
apply to and reward and punish the physical bodies and the neuron systems therein of humans. The
Divine parts of Natural Law are perfect and should be embraced by us without any human bias that is
so common in human interpretations.
Old Testament Biblical Laws still exist and are still practiced to different degrees worldwide.
They are often prophetic and can give men hope, and God superimposes mercy and truth and
miracles on them and over them.

Revolution
The Ten Commandments and all other Old Testament commandments in the Bible created
since the fall of Adam and Eve are addressed to every human spirit within each human physical body.
They are in essence directed to the hearts of human spirits. For example, they don’t prescribe
punishments for unintentional accidents, and they seek the intention of the heart of the human spirit
in determining if guilt and punishment should be prescribed.
New Testament Revelationary Law, justice and the liberty therein have been with us since the
release of the Spirit of Jesus Christ at the cross, and His resurrection. He says He is the resurrection
and the way and the life and the truth. Therefore, He is the ultimate justice and the ultimate liberty
therein, and sets us free and gives us eternal life on the new earth and in heaven with immunity from
every punishment under Natural Law and under Biblical Old Testament Commandment Law. To
receive such immunity, we only need to believe in Jesus’ name and words without doubt. It is wise to
also know and honor the existence of all Biblical commandments in the Old Testament and at least
the following four verses about the responsibilities and benefits of being just:
2 Samuel 23:2, “…He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.”
Psalm 146:9, “The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and
widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.”
Proverbs 22:12, “…He overthroweth the words of the transgressor.”
Proverbs 10:6, “Blessings are upon the head of the just…”
Proverbs 12:21, “There shall no evil happen to the just: but the wicked shall be filled
with mischief.”
By being Born Again to Jesus Christ, a human spirit gets to live forever in Heaven and has
the right to receive Revelationary justice and the liberty therein on earth by invoking Jesus Christ’s
name and words in belief without doubting. The following four verses prove this:
Matthew 21:22, “And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall
receive.”
Mark 9:23, “Jesus said unto him, ‘If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him
that believeth.’”
Mark 11:24, “Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray,
believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”
Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”

Revolution
I and separately, several members of my family, and many of my clients have in Jesus’ name
miraculously been set free and liberated from the tyrannical regulations, rulings, penalties and
punishments of Federal, State and local governmental agencies.
Jesus has miraculously used both well-meaning and tyrannical civil servants as His agents of
grace and mercy. He has used tyrannical ones too to deliver His grace and mercy, and that is a
miraculous fact in itself. A few government managers and government attorneys and judges have
been just and merciful towards different members of my family, and I see such justice and mercy as
miracles too because being just and equitable may not have been in their nature.
Thus, in spite of your poverty or your riches, and the millions of tyrannical regulations and
edicts of the nation of your birth, you can be free in Jesus Christ and in His name and by the
operation of His words.
He miraculously Totally freed me from felony charges against me for successfully defending
myself against an unprovoked attack.
These are just a few of the many miracles Jesus Christ has separately given to separate
members of my family over the years.

The Revelationary Laws, Justice
& The Liberty Therein of Jesus Christ
In the Potential Second American Revolution
When Jesus Christ yielded up His Spirit at the cross, everything dynamically and exponentially
changed for everybody on earth forever! It was and is and continues to be and operate as the most
momentous event for mankind forever! No human leader or innovator could ever claim to have
even one millionth as much beneficial impact on mankind.
Our Father in Heaven designed the mission of Jesus’ atonement for our sins, and His prophets
spoke of His coming and His coming salvation available for mankind. Those holy men and saints that
believed them and thereby also believed in the Son even though they may not have known His name,
were allowed to both sleep in their graves and be raised up to eternal life when Jesus Christ yielded
up His Spirit at the cross.
Recognize right now the dynamics of Jesus Christ’s yielding up His Spirit at the cross.
Matthew 27:50-53, “And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.
Then, behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth quaked, and
the rocks were split, and the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints who had fallen
asleep were raised; and coming out of the graves after His resurrection, they went into the holy city
and appeared to many.”
As soon as Jesus Christ yielded up His Spirit, He had done all that the Father expected of Him.
All the sins of mankind were paid for in full by the Holy Father’s only begotten Son.
The ultimate penalty of the death of the human body for violating men’s laws and regulations,
etc., became irrelevant for every person who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and our
Savior. Each such person is Born Again to Jesus Christ, and the human spirit (the real person) of each
lives forever in Heaven and on the new earth.
Therefore, the death of each human’s body lost its sting, and Born Again Christians lost
most of their fear of unjust human governments, regulations and rulers. Jesus also said He set us
free and broke our chains, and that a man losing his physical bodily life continued in his new Born
Again life in Heaven.
Since the resurrection of Jesus Christ, men who are Born Again to Him can also receive the
benefits of Revelationary Law, Justice and the Liberty therein of Jesus Christ. All this was and is
quite Revelationary in all regards. He Set Us Free! He is the Way, the Truth, the Life and the
Resurrection. So in essence, He saved us from the conundrum of the sin and of the Fall of mankind.
So, in essence, He is the ultimate Justice and we are to love Justice as we are also to love Him!

Revolution
There is the Revelation of the fulfillment of the Old Testament prophecies about Jesus Christ,
and the Revelation of a new Born Again status for each of His believers to live forever in Heaven and
on the new earth, without the requirement of any works except to believe Jesus Christ is the Son of
God and their Savior, and there are all the revealed words of Jesus Christ to live and operate by – two
verses of which are:
Luke 10:19, “Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and
over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.”
Mark 11:24, “Therefore I say unto you, what things soever ye desire, when ye pray,
believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”
So, there would not have been a victorious American Revolution in the 1700s without so many
revelations of the words of Jesus Christ, and the revealed illuminations and guidance of the Holy
Spirit, and miracles for which George Washington and our other Patriot Founders, soldiers and
supporters fervently prayed, asked, cried out for and knocked for and received!
The men born and raised in America invested many countless hours each week in reading the
Holy Scriptures, prayer and communion in Jesus Christ’s name, many times more so than the men of
any other nation on the earth, and much more than their enemies did.
The human odds of us defeating the biggest and strongest military on the earth were only one
in one million. Washington himself, at the end of our eight year war, expressed astonishment and
thanksgiving to God that so many of our soldiers without shoes, starving and disease ridden, and
even without adequate ammunition, clothes or pay, could have had this victory! Every American
Patriot and even almost every member of the British armed forces saw our deliverances in so many
battles, and our final victory as miracles!
In my opinion, most of the clauses of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S.
Constitution are consistent with Old Testament Commandment Law and wisdom or consistent with
New Testament Revelationary Law and wisdom, and should be upheld by “We the People” and our
representatives, executives and judges, and by all other persons publically serving under the U.S.
Constitution. No word, clause or sentence of the U.S. Constitution should be removed therefrom or
infringed against without the successful use of the Constitutional Amendment Process.
Another safety net comprises the seeking, asking, knocking and receiving in Jesus Christ’s
name Revelationary wisdom, understanding, knowledge and miraculous deliverances against the
tyrannies of our Federal congressmen, judges and Executive Branch employees, and millions of
pages of their tyrannical unconstitutional statutes, regulations and rulings.
The five worst tyrannies against our U.S. Constitution and against U.S. citizens are as
follows:

Revolution
1. Tyranny Against the Constitutional Clause: “To make all Laws which shall be necessary
and proper for carrying into Execution the Foregoing Powers vested by this Constitution in the
Government of the United States or in any Department or Officer thereof.”
Congress was tempted by Alexander Hamilton to abdicate to the Executive Branch all its
Foregoing Power. So, the Executive Branch writes all the laws (which it labels as “regulations” and
“executive orders”) for the carrying into Execution all the Powers vested by the U.S. Constitution in
the Government of the United States or in any Department or Officer thereof.
Therefore, the constituents of each congressman have lost their representation and their
advocate against any abuse or corruption conducted against them in the enforcement of any Law
passed by Congress. Constitutionally, only Congress can write and pass laws to detail how their other
laws are to be executed by the Executive Branch. Consequential Executive Branch regulations and
executive orders are very idolatrous and broad in scope to try to cover every eventuality of the
“how,” “where,” “when” and “what” of the enforcement of each congressionally passed statute.
Abuse by the Executive Branch can be limited if they are written by Congress. Presently for every
page of a statute Congress passes, the Executive Branch writes approximately eighty times as many
pages for the administration and enforcement thereof.
This is terribly tyrannical and has put each U.S. citizen at the mercy of the IRS, DEA, EPA, and a
hundred other Federal agencies and more than a million bureaucrats that are not accountable to
them. CONSTITUTIONAL LIMITED GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN OVERTHROWN! DO YOU BELIEVE THE
MILLIONS OF TRUE AMERICAN PATRIOTS STILL LIVING WILL EVER GIVE UP FIGHTING AGAINST
THESE EVIL TYRANTS AND TYRANNIES?
There has not been an Amendment to the U.S. Constitution allowing this atrocity. Tyrannical
court rulings by judges have been allowed to supersede the supremacy under Jesus Christ of the U.S.
Constitution. Also, almost all licensed lawyers in the U.S.A. support this tyrannical venue of what
they call “Judicial Review”.
2. Tyranny Against the “To Declare War Clause” Power of Congress
Likewise our Congress has willingly abdicated this power to the Executive Branch. All our wars
since 1946 have been undeclared by Congress. This means that the Korean War, the Vietnam War,
our two Gulf Wars and our Afghanistan War were fraudulently called Police Actions. Congress was
not held accountable for all the deaths of Americans, nor for the return of our prisoners of war.
When Congress is not accountable, it hurts every American because we don’t have a
representative or an advocate to speak for us, to defend the rights and lives of our sons. Our say so
has been lost. Our congressmen abandoned more than five thousand POWs in Korea and another
five thousand in Viet Nam.
3. Tyranny Against The Constitution’s Limitation of the Federal System to have only four
types of crimes to prosecute.

Those Federally prosecutable crimes are:
• Treason
• Piracies and Felonies Committed on the High Seas
• Offenses against the Law of Nations
• The Counterfeiting of Securities and Coins of the United States
However, over the last hundred years, thousands of other Federal crimes have been defined
and passed by Congress without first lawfully amending the U.S. Constitution to allow them to be
passed and exist. THEY KNEW THAT A CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION OF THE STATES WOULD NOT
PASS SUCH A TYRANNICAL AMENDMENT.
4. Tyranny Against The Interstate Commerce Clause that only empowers Congress to
regulate commerce that goes on in transportation venues between states and between parties in
one state and parties of another state.
Yet since 1940, our Executive Branch (not Congress) has tyrannically regulated “interstate
commerce,” and uses this term to also regulate the internal affairs of businesses that are operating in
just one state or multiple states and to also try to regulate everybody and everything and every
business, every investment, and every property in the U.S.A. This is both atrocious and terribly
tyrannical! HOW MUCH MORE ABSURD CAN THEY GET?
5. Tyranny Against Article III, Section II:
“The Judicial Power shall extend to all cases arising under this Constitution to Controversies
to which the United States shall be a party – to controversies between a State and citizens of
another State – between citizens of different States – between citizens of the same State claiming
lands under Grants of different States, and between a State, or the Citizens thereof and foreign
States, Citizens or Subjects.”
The U.S. Supreme Court refuses to hear most cases appealed under the jurisdiction of the U.S.
Constitution, and often makes rulings that tyrannically contradict the Constitution, and thereby puts
such Case Law rulings above and against the Constitution.
Judges Must Be Kept Under A Tight Leash Under The Constitution!
U.S. Supreme Court judges should be prohibited from making any rulings that even appear
to infringe against the U.S. Constitution or informally amend it.
1. More than ninety percent of the words and clauses of the U.S. Constitution are self-
explanatory and should not be interpreted to mean anything else. So the court cannot
make any ruling against self-evident words.

2. Dictionaries of 1787 can be used to define obscure or vague words. Thus, the court
cannot make any ruling against such dictionary definitions.
3. If there is still a word or clause that is hard to understand, the original intent of the
Founders thereabouts are well recorded in history and can be consulted.
Any interpretation the Supreme Court judges cannot unanimously agree upon pursuant to
#3 and any Supreme Court interpretation Congress disagrees with should be suspended and not
used, and Congress must initiate a Constitutional Convention in which three fourths of the States
have to approve new proposed words to replace the disputed words.
Accordingly, all Supreme Court rulings on Constitutional issues since 1790 must be
reviewed.
Remember, the U.S. Constitution exists primarily to limit bureaucratic powers against U.S.
citizens and to limit the size of our bureaucracy.
We have these and many other life and death issues in our potential Second American
Revolution.
Let’s Consider These Verses:
Jonah 2:8, “They that observe lying vanities forsake their own mercy.”
Luke 18:7, “And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him,
though he bear long with them?”
Psalm 146:9, “The Lord preserveth the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and
widow: but the way of the wicked he turneth upside down.”
Proverbs 22:12, “The eyes of the Lord preserve knowledge, and he overthroweth the
words of the transgressor.”
Most U.S. Citizens have ignored, denied, supported or been complicit with the seven injustices
explained herein and also a thousand other injustices.
When the federal system ceases to unconstitutionally supply drug users and dealers with
welfare, disability income, food stamps, Obama Care, rent subsidies and free cell phones (used for
drug dealing), eighty percent of the narcotics problems will be ended in America.
Most of the remaining narcotics problems will evaporate when the federal system rescinds its
unconstitutional statutes and regulations on narcotics use and distribution. Then, the states will
exclusively write and enforce their own narcotics laws, and all their armed up angry local vigilante

citizens will be free and immune as private citizens to handle the drug dealers that are threatening
their children’s lives.
Some states like Michigan and cities like Detroit may choose a more pacifistic plan or even
legalize narcotics. It’s their choice and the consequences thereof are their burden. There should not
be any Federal bailouts for them!
Any U.S. Citizen who doesn’t wise up and repent for consenting to these tyrannies will soon
spiritually suffer exponentially more than true American Patriots do. There is no escaping the
consequences for not deeply opposing injustices. Don’t kid yourself, and do not complain for any
injustices you suffer now or in the future if you have supported or ignored the injustices of
tyrannical bureaucrats against others.

The Premises and Objectives of

The potential Second American Revolution is waged against tyrannies and treasonous tyrants
who pretend to have taken most of your rights, your money and your other wealth by the use of fifty
million pages of unconstitutional statutes, regulations, executive orders and court rulings.
However, because your rights come from God in Jesus Christ’s venue on earth, they cannot
really be taken from you. So, you have been conned by tyrants; i.e., bureaucrats, politicians and
judges, and your own licensed lawyers into believing they can take your rights from you and that they
can perpetrate their injustices against you, against which they falsely say you will have no immunity
and against which they also falsely say you will not be bountifully indemnified. They falsely claim
their idolatrous Judicial Review is superior to you and the U.S. Constitution.
So, those tyrants have conned you into voluntarily giving up your rights, your income and
your wealth because they cannot take them from you!
I and some other U.S. citizens have refused to be conned! We made very good incomes most
of the last fifty years and have been freed from the tyrannical impact of all those tyrannical
bureaucrats and their tyrannical regulations, executive orders and court rulings.
We don’t go by “appearances”. Those bureaucratic regulations and executive orders and

court rulings and tyrants are just like barking dogs. Their bark is far worse than their bite. They just
intimidate people into voluntarily giving up their rights, their money and their other wealth.
Thanks to Jesus Christ, and His words and power, if the tyrants steal a thousand dollars from
me, I get five thousand dollars back, or if they try to cause me trouble, I drag them through the ringer
until they ask for air and whistle. This strength and grace comes from Jesus Christ and His words:
Mark 10:29-20, “So Jesus answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has
left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the
gospel’s, who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and
mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.’”
COULD “FOR HIS SAKE AND THE GOSPEL’S SAKE” ALSO MEAN FOR YOU TO PURSUE HIS
CALLING FOR YOU WITH THE USE OF HIS WORDS?
When you do so, you will also openly use His name, and His calling may be for you to have a
special career, own and run a certain business, accumulate wealth, be an evangelist, a mother or a
teacher, etc.

Also, when you do so, you will also be persecuted and may thereby lose your loved ones, your
home your land, etc. And also when you do so and/or after you do so, all that you lost in persecution
will be abundantly replaced on earth.
Therefore, when you do so you are guaranteed to have considerable immunity from some
persecution and abundant restoration of everything you lose in persecution. So quit being afraid!
In full faith you must fully believe these verses for the full restoration cycle to occur. And it
may take years of experience, observation, praying and reading Jesus Christ’s words for you to do
so. Those restorations could come to you quickly if you could be as a little child and pray in such
full faith without any doubts at levels most Christians don’t reach in decades of devotional efforts.
You need this potential Second American Revolution that I have theorized because you
cannot wait to get childlike enough to get immunity and exponential indemnity against all the
tyrannies and tyrants that oppose your Christ given and Constitutionally enumerated rights.
You also may not have twenty to fifty years of time to get prayed up, communed up and read
up in the words of Jesus Christ to become bullet proof against the millions of bureaucratic tyrants and
their fifty million pages of regulations, executive orders, statutes and rulings that now face you. Your
time is running out!
YOU NEED THIS SECOND AMERICAN REVOLUTION TO FIRST OVERCOME THE IDOLATROUS
IMAGES OF SO MANY UNJUST AND EVIL PAGES OF REGULATIONS AND MILLIONS OF TYRANTS, AND
TO SECONDLY OVERCOME THEIR BRAINWASHING, AND THIRDLY TO OVERCOME THE TERRIBLE
FEAR YOU HAVE OF THEM. As you participate in the potential Second American Revolution, the
idolatrous images of secular bureaucratic power will crumble, the brainwashing will dissipate, and
your fear will be reduced to tolerable levels. You will not be one of the “fearfully weak”!
After a couple of the objectives of a potential Second American Revolution are partially
accomplished, you and your family need to spend ten to twenty hours per week the rest of your lives
on earth in getting prayed up, communed up and scriptured up in Jesus Christ’s words so you can
regularly receive His miracles and His other blessings and remain secured in the liberty He has given
you. You need to get rid of all your doubts about anything you ask for in Jesus Christ’s name in
prayer.
Realities, Intentions and Hopes of

Each man has the capacity to, in Jesus Christ’s name and in Jesus Christ’s words, power and
authority, to passionately fight against every humanly and satanically intended infringement against
justice and the inalienable liberty therein given him, and to thereby exponentially benefit beyond all
his costs and sufferings in:

1. Experiencing an exhilarating, daring adventure;
2. Living life moment by moment in the present;
3. Being immune from many afflictions;
4. Receiving exponential restoration on earth and in Heaven of all he looses;
5. Receiving eternal life in Heaven. This is true for all born again Christians, even if they
do not experience #1-4.
Some aspects of The First American Revolution were probably meant by Jesus Christ to give
the above understanding to more men in America and in the rest of the world. The miraculous
victory of our Patriots influenced people worldwide to overthrow their human kings and create
republican governments. American Patriots fought so passionately and vigilantly in honor of Jesus
Christ and His precepts and powers and in receiving the above benefits thereof. They hoped a
written Constitution could emulate some of the essential precepts and benefits of the above, and
that they and other men could create such a document that would be honored and at least secure
the natural justice and natural rights of men which are effectual only to the physical bodies they
occupy and to the neuro systems therein.
Perhaps they hoped that such a man-made justice system and the securing of rights therein
would be voluntarily emulated by the human spirits of men, but they had no hope that they could
create or augment the above Revelationary Benefits that come from Jesus Christ alone! They
realized that all justice and all the liberty therein, whether natural or Revelationary, comes from
Jesus Christ and that men cannot alter it, but only pretend to do so. They truly wanted their
descendants to enjoy most of the benefits of having so much secured liberty without them
experiencing the sufferings of fighting so many years for the securing of them. This was an
impossible dream!
Even though the U.S. Constitution is the best of all humanly crafted governmental documents,
its self-evident words have been ignored, bypassed and subverted by their descendants and by
tyrants millions of times, because it lacks any specific requirements for the specific prosecution and
punishment of congressmen, judges and other Federal office holders that infringe against it and
because their descendants preferred social acceptance and political correctness and tyrannical
Judicial Review to manning up and defending the U.S. Constitution!
We in a potential Second American Revolution are not as optimistic as most our Founders and
Patriot warriors about the nature nowadays of most men in America to stay as morally and faithfully
passionate in fighting tyranny and tyrants as they were in their time. We can be much safer in our
prayer closets than surrounded by an aggregate of millions of doubting men.
Most of them were quite courageous and most Americans are now quite cowardly. Most of
them were quite devoted in their separate denominations and prayers to Jesus Christ. ARE MOST
AMERICANS TODAY NOT AS DEVOUT ABOUT JESUS CHRIST’S WORDS AND THE PRECEPTS IN THE
HOLY BIBLE?

So, our potential Second American Revolution, unlike the First American Revolution, is far less
likely to ultimately have ninety-eight percent of Americans as participating passionate Christian
Patriots. We may only recruit 10% to 20% of U.S. Christians into our cause and perhaps forty percent
of the Christians of other nations into the potential Worldwide Revolution. Most of those foreign
Christians believe in America more than Americans do, and they believe in Jesus Christ much more
than most Americans do!
However, we are hopeful that all the “fearfully weak” Christians on the sidelines will at least
appreciate our efforts and the exhilarating lifestyle, immunities and restorations we receive via the
grace of Jesus Christ and His miracles, and that their faith will increase, and that more evangelism will
occur, and more Patriots will join us, and that in all these matters, Jesus Christ will be more glorified
and more honored in His victorious return to earth!
The Enumerated Objectives of

Perhaps none of these objectives or only a few of these objectives will be implemented before
Jesus Christ gloriously returns to conquer the whole earth and to exterminate and/or expel to hell
satan, and all his demons and all the unsaved, unjust and tyrannical people from earth.
When He does so and forever after He does so, the secondary objectives (#1-26) herein will be
unnecessary. Any secondary and shorter term objectives which get realized in this potential Second
American Revolution are only meant to humanly support, defend and secure justice and the liberty
therein against human rulers, regulations, executive orders, court rulings and statutes before Jesus’s
victorious return to the earth.
Like the salt of the earth and as the “little children” Jesus wants us to emulate, we are
honoring Him in this possible Second American Revolution.
Jesus Christ’s government on earth will be perfect.
In the eternal sense, our passionate patriotic efforts in this potential Second American
Revolution will have honored Jesus Christ, and they will please Him to see so many hearts that have
not waxed cold and that love Him, and that therefore love justice!
To so please Him is the primary objective of a potential Second American Revolution!
Our secondary, shorter term objectives are as follows:
#1: To restore the U.S. Constitution as the only government of the U.S.A. and each State
Constitution as the only government of each state. We will put teeth in the U.S. Constitution to
prosecute and punish any congressman, judge or other Federal office holder that has infringed
against it.

#2: To nullify all Federal regulations, executive orders, statutes and judicial rulings and all
state statutes and judicial rulings that infringe against any clause or sentence of the U.S.
Constitution, or of each state Constitution respectively.
#3: To nullify any amendments to the U.S. Constitution since 1900 that cannot be proven to
have not have been fraudulently ratified.
#4: To arrest and try for treason any members of the federal government who we have
probable cause to believe have committed crimes against the U.S. constitution.

#5: To facilitate free elections for new candidates for Congress and the U.S. Presidency
pursuant with the prescriptions of the U.S. Constitution.
#6: To facilitate a new Constitutional Convention in which the state legislative bodies vote on
proposed Amendments to the U.S. Constitution that facilitate these enumerated objectives with a
three-fourths majority vote required for passage.
#7: To facilitate the Executive Branch and Congressional Branch’s roles in screening,
nominating and appointing new Federal judges.
#8: To arrest and try for treason every person in the Federal Executive Branch who knowingly
violated their oath to defend the U.S. Constitution, except that members of the U.S. military will have
immunity and up to twenty percent of the other civil servants in the Executive Branch will be given
immunity and allowed to remain employed in the Federal system.
#9: To arrest and try for treason all persons who have individually or as corporate officers
illegally collaborated with any governmental agency confiscating the property or income of any U.S.
citizen or otherwise have infringed against the Constitutional rights of any U.S. citizen.
#10: To abolish the EPA and thirty other Federal agencies.

#11: To seek a Constitutional Amendment that allows a new category of Federal crime: i.e.,
abortion, as an act of murder, and gives U.S. citizenship to each unborn child in the U.S.A. from the
moment of conception.
#12: To guarantee that only Congress regulates the commerce of goods transported between
states, and that Congress, the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch do not regulate or infringe

against the affairs or activities of any business or citizen, and that all regulations for the enforcement
or administration of all statutes Congress passes are written by Congress.
#13: To arrest and try all licensed private lawyers who have violated the Constitutional rights
of their clients or of any other citizen or have illegally supported Judicial Review against the interest
of their clients or against the U.S. Constitution, if there is probable cause for such an arrest.

#15: To in every way Constitutionally allowable encourage all male citizens to man up and be
macho and join militias and be aggressive for the survival and prosperity of this nation, just as the
Patent Clauses of the Constitution do.

#16: To return to their rightful owners and their heirs all property seized or confiscated by the
government agencies since 1950 or in the equivalent in cash if acceptable to those rightful owners or
their heirs.
#17: To effectuate unlimited Second Amendment rights to bear arms in defense of life, liberty
and happiness, and in defense of the U.S. Constitution.
#18: To deport all illegal or undocumented immigrants from the U.S.A.

#20: To honor all previous treaties made with Native Americans.
#21: To establish that “equality” is a very limited precept and that each U.S. citizen is only
equal before the law, but not in income, wealth, merit, entitlement, aptitudes, abilities or privilege.
#22: To rescind the retirement benefits on all current and past Federal non-military
employees unless they can prove they have not violated the Constitutional rights of any citizen or
business they regulated, sued, prosecuted, or otherwise dealt with.

#23: To rescind all Federal criminal statutes that are not within the four allowable categories
set forth in the original Constitution.
#24: To require that Federal Grand Juries pursue their Constitutional function to be
independent from any branch of the Federal government, and to investigate and indict employees
and officers of the Federal system for treason against the U.S. Constitution.
#25: To rescind the Patriot Act and all the associated “sneak & peak” prerogatives and all
electronic and internet surveillance of Americans except as would be allowed under a very narrow
and strict application of the Fourth Amendment.
#26: To withdraw from the United Nations and to evict it from the U.S.A.

The Awesome Brilliance of Justice
The Definition of Justice is “What is right,” and more specifically, “What is right in each
matter, issue, agenda, allegation, policy – bla bla – and in each considered subject, person, witness,
etc.” And The Definition of Injustice is, “What is wrong,” and more specifically, “What is wrong in
each matter, issue, agenda, allegation, policy – bla bla – and in each considered subject, person,
witness, etc.”
To love justice as God does is to love it so much more than sacrifice; i.e., His receipt from men
of animals or any material things of any value. Concurrently with the passionate love of justice is the
passionate hatred of injustice, but not the hatred of the unjust person. The injustices against God by
U.S. citizens in the aggregate on earth are probably billions or more times in frequency and in
intensity than their injustices against their earthly parents, and their injustices against other humans
that are not their earthly parents. There should be enormously more mourning by each man about
his injustices towards God.
For how many of a man’s injustices towards God is a man being chastened or punished in
what by appearances seem to be charges for a crime or lawsuits for torts for all kinds of gross
negligence?
A tyranny is an injustice that is pursued or perpetrated in a governmental body or in support

of a governmental body or in cooperation with a governmental body or in collaboration with a
governmental body or an agent of a governmental body or a quasi governmental body. A tyrant is
anyone who pursues or perpetrates a tyranny.
A Very Important Defense Secret
Above the justice system of men, a man had better first get prayed up and come to Jesus
first about his injustices towards God, and second, all his injustices towards his earthly parents, and
third, about all his injustices towards other people. BECAUSE THIS IS RARELY DONE, IS IT NO
WONDER WHY SO MANY APPARENTLY EXCELLENT DEFENSES WITH EXCELLENT LEGAL DEFENSE
ARGUMENTS ARE LOST BY UNREPENTANT CITIZENS AND THEIR UNREPENTANT LICENSED LAWYERS
IN THE U.S.A.? Our Holy Father in Heaven gave Jesus Christ sole authority over all judgment and
justice on the Earth (Matthew 28:18).
Jesus is in control of all justice on this Earth!

Realize the modern humanist culture blames parents for the failures and crimes of their minor
and adult children. The children are never held responsible for anything. They are all told they are

Most dramas at the cinema, on TV or the internet, at the very least expose the evil intentions
of those guilty of crimes, even though they fail to mention the original sin and non-innocence of the
so-called victims of a crime.

A more brilliant love of justice involves the appreciation and even the fascination with some
of the possible and probable conditions of each person’s heart and intentions, and the
consideration of whether he or she is being correctively chastened or punished by a culprit or even
rewarded and reinstated with lost and found wealth by Godly intervention; i.e., “God means for
good what men mean for evil.”
We should realize that our Holy Father in Heaven gave His Son Jesus Christ total knowledge,
understanding and wisdom in pursuing justice against and for each man because He has full
knowledge of the contents of the heart and the history of each man.
To a much lesser degree a man’s unjust, heartful injustices toward God, are his injustices
toward his parents, and to even a much lesser degree, the injustices truthfully alleged against him
toward other persons in a criminal action or civil lawsuit. Mark 7:11, “But ye say, If a man shall say to
his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by
me; he shall be free.”
CERTAINLY, CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT JESUS CHRIST WILL INSTANTLY WEIGH ALL THE
EVIDENCE AGAINST A MAN IN SUCH A TRIAL WITH GOD’S FULL KNOWLEDGE OF THE MAN’S HEART
IN THE WAYS AND DEGREES BY WHICH HE HAS BEEN UNJUST TOWARD GOD THE FATHER AND
UNJUST TOWARD HIS PARENTS, AND CERTAINLY AT A LESSER LEVEL, THE WAYS AND DEGREES BY
WHICH THE MAN HAS BEEN UNJUST IN HIS HEART TOWARD OTHER MEN, IN THE PARTICULAR CASE
AT HAND AS WELL AS IN THAT MAN’S OTHER DEALINGS WITH AND AGAINST OTHER MEN?
Although citizens should appeal many convictions and sentences, they should not usually
complain about the foundational basis of most of them because if they are Divinely designed, they
are forever sealed unless by heartful repentance, they petition God. God looks much deeper into the
heart of the accused than we humans and our legal system could.
Approximately four percent of the current population of prisoners in the U.S.A. are not guilty
of the crime they were convicted of, but how just were they toward God the Father, their parents and
other people? Each of them who in Jesus Christ’s name truly repents of all his injustices will receive
grace, mercy and deliverance.
Most of the dramas and even the documentaries on television of recent years have been
targeted at a much more ignorant and Biblically and academically undereducated society, and have
been intended by very unjust writers, directors and producers to label “evil” as “good” and “good”
as “evil”. They are mostly propaganda – targeted at a very unjust and ignorant citizenry. Let’s not
forget that to be unjust is to be ignorant. For all injustices men do not repent of, there are far more
costs and penalties than their short term benefits thereof can justify.
If our current citizenry had the brilliant knowledge and understanding of the Holy Bible of our
Patriots of 1776, they could not be beguiled by so much propaganda.

Documentaries show unionized miners who make $30 an hour, have free housing, and have
great medical coverage, and full knowledge of their black lung risks, blaming the owners of the mines
for their personal failures to save some of their earnings.
Also, they justify in earlier days using armed force to trespass on the mine owners’ property
and to kill other miners.
The other side of the story is not shown. One of my granddads and one of my great-
granddads were coal miners more than a hundred years ago, and they knew their risks and refused to
use violence to trespass against the land of the mine owners. They were both Christian descendants
of Christian Revolutionary War Patriot soldiers.
Other movies and documentaries emphasize that it is OK for children to turn their parents
into the government for verbal abuse and for various previously acceptable forms of parental
punishment.
Other documentaries depict us Christians as being very ignorant red-necks for opposing the
recently recommended implants of computer chips into our minor children.
Others degrade our male children for fighting back against bullies at school. They insist that
boys should act like girls, and girls should act as boys. So, most of a generation of young people are in
denial of who they are.
HAS A DIET OF HUMANISM, SOCIALISM, COMMUNISM AND ATHEISM FOR A HUNDRED AND
FIFTY YEARS HAD A TERRIBLE TOLL ON AMERICA? The recent advent of so many absurdities in the
movies and documentaries that inundate our homes are exponential expressions of what started
against Americans in 1870. They have exponentially dumbed down most U.S. citizens in recent years
to the point that we could refer to most of them as “dumbed down drones” or “dumbed down
citizens”.

Challenging the Tyrannical Humanistic Religion
Humanism is a subtle tyrannical religion that contends that all humans should have faith in all
other humans, that mankind is basically good, and that various humans and human doctrines and
human initiatives that were based in the so called “goodness” of such human leaders, innovators, and
their followers have with evolution been the cause of progress and advancement for mankind and
society.
Humanists have ignored that our sciences of chemistry, physics, and biology and the scientific
method and calculous were pioneered and invented by Christians who relied on Scriptures from the
Holy Bible and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and that Darwinian evolution theory has been totally
defeated by microscopic proof that the human cell is very complex, with 300,000+ characteristics.
They also ignore the fact that basic precepts and doctrines about Constitutional Law, and obtaining
and securing justice and the liberty therein are originally set forth in the Holy Bible.
Also, our Holy Bible emphasizes the evil nature of mankind and the condition of each human
heart as being “deceitfully wicked above all things” (Jeremiah 17:9), and that we should distrust
governmental rulers. It likewise emphasizes man’s need to repent of his sinful nature and be saved.
The New Testament thereof and the gospel of Jesus Christ offer redemption and salvation to anyone
who will, in Jesus Christ’s name, repent of his sins, and ask for salvation and eternal life in Heaven
(Acts 2:38). His redemption also frees us from the pain and suffering intended by tyrannical
governmental rulers.
Humanists do not believe in the free will of each individual, but only in the collective free
will of the majority of men in each governmental or political unit. They contend that such
majorities of men should lean to and be ruled by their feelings, emotions and the neuron based
thinking of the physical bodies they occupy – which humanists say they are – that they are merely
the top mammals on earth, and that they have no spirit or soul.
DID YOU KNOW THAT HUMANISTS BELIEVE POLITICAL MAJORITIES OF MEN CAN, BY THEIR
VOTES, RULE OVER POLITICAL MINORITIES IN ANY WAY AND TO ANY DEGREE THEY CHOOSE, AND
THAT ALL LAWS VOTED AGAINST A MINORITY AND AGAINST THE RIGHTS OF A MINORTY OR
AGAINST ONE INDIVIDUAL MUST BE OBEYED? This is called “Positive Law.” The Christian
theologian Samuel Rutherford and our Founders unanimously opposed this. Rutherford said, “A
tyrannical law is no law at all,” and indicated that it should be disobeyed and its enforcement
should be opposed and disrupted, and that “We the People” should forcefully overthrow any such
government that imposed any such tyranny against us! And I say Amen!

Most humanists of the late 1700s and most humanists of today fervently believe that all
statutes passed by any majority of men must be enforced, and if people disobey them, they should be
fined and imprisoned.
From 1760 through 1800, even the one percent of the American population that were Deists
believed that justice and the liberty therein were from God. For them to contend otherwise would be
to subject their secured rights and those of other individuals to the tyrannical whims of governments
and mobs. Although humanism was in small degrees in England and parts of Europe since the 1720s,
it first emerged in a national majority in France in the 1790s. We all know the new French Positive
Law majority mob were not Christians and were very illiterate, and leaned to their “feelings” and
“emotions” and the alleged “goodness of their hearts” when they enforced Positive Law against all
their opposition and imprisoned and executed them and everyone who knew them or knew
somebody who knew somebody who knew somebody who knew them.
So, the so-called “goodness” of man and his Positive Law did not surface in the humanist
religion of the French mob, Hitler, Stalin, Wilson, FDR or Obama.
However, the gospel of Jesus Christ is focused in the free will of each individual to believe or
to not believe in Him and to ask or not ask in His name for salvation, and to follow His words or to
not follow His words to become wise, educated, prosperous and happy.
To Jesus, the opinions, feelings, emotions and thinkingness of a group, a mob or a majority
means nothing. It is the free will of each individual that matters to Jesus. He even tells us to privately
pray to God in a closet, and that God is concerned far more about the individual than the group, and
sends disciples to go after one lost sheep while the other ninety-nine are in safety at home.
So the American Revolution in the 1700s was about asserting and securing the rights of
individuals against tyrants and tyrannical governments and governmental agents. Our Bill of Rights
and all our checks and balances in the U.S. Constitution reflect this purpose.
Our U.S. Constitution prohibits governmental entities and their agents from infringing against
the secured rights of even one American, even if all other Americans demand it. Thus, when a lawyer
or lay person defends the secured rights of one American, he really is defending the secured rights of
all Americans.
Just remember that humanists want the free will of the majority to infringe against you or
me as individuals. They do not care about our rights. The French Revolutionaries, the Nazi, the
communists, the socialists and police state advocates and maximum sentencing advocates
(unbeknown to themselves) really are humanists trying to play like God in monitoring, controlling
and imprisoning their opponents and naïve idiots, the beguiled, the insane, the stupidly addicted,
and everyone who voluntarily and freely respond to the crazy market demands of such
undisciplined persons.

It was deliberately written in “Self-Evident” language so that ninety-five percent of our

citizens could understand it without the advice of a lawyer.

Challenge The Tyrannical Culture!
Let us admire the Brilliance of Jesus Christ! He is the Resurrection, the Way, the Truth, and
the Life, and therefore the ultimate justice, the liberty and mercy and truth therein. God loves justice
much more than the sacrifice of animals. (Proverbs 21:3) This is Christian Individualism 101. Jesus,
justice and the liberty and truth therein that He stands for come to each of us individuals,
independent of men and the governments of men, and are received by each individual’s invoking,
inculcating and operating in fervent passionate prayer, meditation and communion via the words of
Jesus Christ and in the name of Jesus Christ.
All justice and the liberty therein and mercy and truth therein are made available to each
individual when he is born again to Jesus Christ! It is up to each born again Christian to recognize and
receive justice and the liberty therein that accompanies his salvation. A Christian brother must pull
the beam out of his own eye before he can pull the twig out of the eye of a fellow Christian. “The
Father has committed all judgment on the earth to the Son” John 5:22. So, Caesar belongs to Jesus,
and in America, our Caesar is the U.S. Constitution under Jesus!
Our Founders in their Declaration of Independence, indicated our liberty was “inalienable,”
which means it is Divine, and men and men in government cannot decrease it or take it away. It is
idolatrous for them to think they could do this, and we must fight against them tooth and nails to
honor our Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. If our Founders had said that liberty came from men
or governments of men, tyrants would try to take it away. Only Deists would say this, and
therefore, Jefferson and Franklin were not Deists. Their love of liberty was too great to disparage it
or to jeopardize it by giving credit to men for it or giving them an opportunity to try to trample it.
So any rule of governmental agents over us in America is a tyranny.

Our Founders intended the U.S. Constitution to rule as written words as our real government
so men could not rule over us. This is why all our presidents, congressmen, judges and civil servants
affirm or swear to defend the Constitution against its foreign and domestic enemies. However, none
of them honor their oath! Only the members of the U.S. military, our National Guard and militias
defend or try to defend our Constitution against its foreign enemies.
So, our federal government is our Constitution under Jesus Christ! He was given authority
over all judgment on earth of all mankind. In Jesus Christ’s name, I put this in my pledge of
allegiance! This is a choice each American should make individually. Each is individually liberated by
Jesus Christ! Each can choose to invoke His name and words to receive perfect justice and the liberty,

truth and mercy therein – to be set free and to remain free! So sign up pray up and get free like me
and many Americans you will meet in the organizations.
From 1620 to 1800, our ancestors, predecessors and founders were so deeply devout in their
worship, scripture reading, prayer and communion with Jesus Christ – ten to twenty hours a week.
Literate reading of the Bible was required. So they had the best education system on the earth by
reading and knowing the greatest book in the universe. Our pilgrims founded Harvard and other
colleges so Biblical theology and knowledge would guide and perfect the education of our lawyers,
statesmen, scientists, engineers, pastors and evangelists.
They were the Reformation in America. They came to America to be free from government
oppression in Britain and Europe. They wrote constitutions for each colony and required those
governments to be small and to stay out of their lives and their religion, and not even try to
infringe against the liberty Jesus Christ gave them. Such tyrannical attempts by men are idolatrous
in nature, and to honor Jesus, the Son, and the Father, we Patriots must vigilantly and forcefully
challenge tyrants!
Our Constitutional system was intended to secure the rights of each citizen against all other
citizens and against any pretention of men to be our rulers and to limit human government and its
intrusiveness into our lives, affairs and businesses. So, the majority of citizens cannot be justified in
attempting to infringe against the liberty of even one citizen or stealing the property of even one
citizen.
Local and State governments often try to take the property of a few citizens in order to
benefit other citizens. For example, this is commonly done in condemning and confiscating the
homes and farms of older, defenseless widows and orphans, and then giving them to big
corporations, supposedly for development to increase the tax base for local and state governments.
This is unjust and tyrannically evil.
The humanists claim that our rights are group rights – that the rights of a group or majority
can be used against selected individuals – that the majority have the right to steal from a minority
through confiscations made by the bureaucracy. They don’t call it stealing, but that’s what it is!
They also claim that all statutes, regulations and rulings of bureaucratic entities must be
obeyed, even if they are evil or otherwise unjust. Obama’s executive orders were an expanded
version of this venue. This is called “positive law,” and was practiced by the Nazis and the
communists, and still is practiced by the Chinese communist party, and amazingly by most
governmental agencies in the U.S.A.
Yet the theologian Samuel Rutherford and statesmen Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry,
and the church leaders of most Christian denominations in American in 1770 openly declared that
“a tyrannical law was no law at all,” and that the general citizenry should disobey it and obstruct its
enforcement, and even revolt against the government authorizing it. WHY DON’T MOST PASTORS
KNOW AND BELIEVE THESE REALITIES TODAY?

For example, if a law said that the homes of all widows were to be confiscated, it was not to
be obeyed!
If a law said you had to worship King George, it would not be obeyed, and anyone who tried to
enforce it would be tried by “We the People” and hung
However, today, most Americans are obeying such tyrannical laws, and most of them are
Christians. This is called “Christian Idolatry”. So many of my fellow Christians have supported
idolatrous statutes and regulations that attempt to anticipate and control every aspect of human
nature. Most would lock up other people’s children for twenty years for consuming and ingesting
things that are bad for their health. Yet would twenty years in prison be worse for their health?
Such citizens never realize their favorite statutes could someday be used against their own children
or grandchildren. If they realized this, they would have more mercy on other people’s children and
they would seriously consider the potential ramifications of the statutes they support. There are
better voluntary ways to reduce narcotic addiction. The expansion of the influence of satan and his
demons on this nation is so very apparent these last few years. Our resistance is essential. Satan has
tempted most Americans in both political parties to abandon mercy and surrender their Divinely-
ordained rights.
This is our crisis and this is our challenge! The minds and hearts of many Americans and their
tyrannical cultural ignorance must be dramatically changed. Yet it took me twenty years at a
thousand hours per year to reach this comprehensive understanding. So can we afford to wait
twenty years for our citizens to receive and understand this much about justice? If we could, a self-
defensive combative Second American Revolution would be unnecessary. But if we do not have a
self-defense combative Second American Revolution while we can, most of our citizens will never be
allowed by our bureaucrats to learn and understand and embrace justice and the liberty therein.

Scriptures indicate even the existence of one small injustice in a man means that there are
many other injustices in him. What other injustices are in the hearts of humanists and maximum
sentence Christian advocates?
American Patriots of the 1700’s were very well read and well versed in the Holy Bible, and
passionately believed, as we should, that they must fervently oppose every injustice that came from a
man or a governmental agency – no matter how small or minute it might be.
So, a 3% tax on tea imposed without representation triggered the American Revolution.
Matters of principle mattered so much to such principled patriots. Principles are not negotiable! The
very best negotiators refuse to negotiate principles.
The Great Awakening in the 1730’s and 1740’s augmented our people and their scriptural
understanding. There was a dynamic moving of the Holy Spirit throughout all Christian
denominations in America. It probably continued into the 1790s. Our citizens were being prepared
to wage the glorious and miraculous American Revolutionary War.
That movement could not be gainsayed against nor resisted by the tyrants that sought to
enslave our patriots, “We the People.”
One of the operations of the Holy Spirit may be “Righteous Anger.” This may have been so
very essential for George Washington and most our other patriots. Washington is often criticized by
humanist writers for having a temper problem, but as you study the context of his outbursts, they
were very spontaneous, short in duration, and always expressed against an obvious injustice. Today,
we Christians must not deny the Righteous Anger we experience against injustice. The more aware
we are of our receiving Righteous Anger, the more often we’ll fervently oppose injustices.
To honor Jesus Christ and to prepare for His glorious return to earth, we Christians must stand
for what He stands, and we must oppose and resist all injustices we encounter, whether they be
perpetrated by the bully at school, the robber or the killer, whether by street thugs, punks or civil
servants, legislators or judges. Stealing is stealing, no matter who does it! Murder is murder, no
matter who does it. We are not to be respecters of persons in judgment.

IDOLATRY, DUPLICITY, AND COMPLICITY IN OR WITH ANY UNJUST AGENDAS, UNJUST LEGISLATION

The U.S. Constitution’s Provision for an Individual’s
Disobedience of Unconstitutional Laws
Our forefathers made provisions in the U.S. Constitution for each American to participate in
civil disobedience of any law that was unconstitutional. It was done in this manner: Article 3, Section
2 states: “The (federal) Judicial Power shall extend to all cases in law and equity arising under this
Constitution, the laws of the United States…”
Accordingly, the Supreme Court will not review the Constitutionality of a law until the
question of the law’s Constitutionality has been raised in a “case” – in other words, a civil lawsuit or
criminal prosecution. Obviously, your common sense tells you there can only be a civil lawsuit or a
criminal prosecution associated with an unconstitutional law if someone disobeys that law. In order
to preserve our liberties, our forefathers implanted in our system this necessity for individual
disobedience of unconstitutional laws.
So American citizens who are truly individualistic and patriotic feel they have the
responsibility of breaking laws and Federal Executive Branch regulations that are unconstitutional in
order to have them declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.
How else will the Judiciary ever be able to review those laws for compliance to the U.S.
Constitution? You can only raise the Constitutional questions about a law or bureaucratic practice if
you are sued or prosecuted on the basis of that law. By not performing our functions to selectively
break unconstitutional laws, have we been good citizens? Hardly!
All these years we were brought up to “obey the law,” but obviously that phrase started in the
1800’s when the U.S. Constitution was the Supreme Law and when ninety-nine percent of all
legislated laws were Constitutional. Today, approximately forty percent of all state laws and
regulations and eighty percent of all federal laws and regulations are unconstitutional.
In order to identify the unconstitutionality of a law, you should compare the law to relevant
sections of the U.S. Constitution, and you must draw your own conclusions. Do not rely on the
opinions of others. Don’t even rely upon the statements and opinions of the author. Decide for
yourself.

Constitution, we must flatly disobey certain bureaucratic laws. How else will such laws become
nullified?
This Special Report shows how individuals have disobeyed, circumvented and disrupted
bureaucrats for their own individual personal interest – but in many cases, their own individual

for the good of all true Americans.
Remember: Not one unconstitutional law can ever be nullified without either a citizen

There are millions of unconstitutional statutes, regulations, executive orders and court rulings
on the books. If each of our 200,000,000 adult American citizens were to openly violate only one or
two of them, it would traumatize the estimated two million bureaucrats who administer, enforce,
judicially rule upon, and legislate these laws. It would be like a national strike. The bureaucracy
would have one big terminal heart attack. And this could eliminate the occurrence or need of a self
defensive Combative Phase of The Second American Revolution.

Remember that many miracles must be sought to overcome a tyrannical system that writes
approximately eighty pages of regulations to administer and enforce each one page of law that
Congress passes.
We must not allow the unjust imprisonment of Christians, gentiles or strangers. We must go
by mercy and truth in dealing with the accused and the convicted. If we Christians don’t defend
Gentiles and strangers against injustices, they will someday be pursued against us.
We Christian Patriots must reach or be reached by tens of thousands of devout Christians

that are called by God to be the salt on this nation, to challenge and overcome the humanist
culture that worships “the state” and so called positive laws of the state. The New World Order
and the icons and idols thereof must be resisted. We must not obey any of their tyrannical laws or
regulations.

heaven. If a Christian private fatally intercepted a musket ball meant for George Washington he is
now receiving five star treatment and accommodations in Heaven.
Let us also appreciate the significance of every mustard seed we plant. Nothing we do in
Jesus Christ’s name will return void to our Father. No such seed will be meaningless. Even the good
intentions of a Christian Patriot who suffers the physical death of his body before his intended
fulfillment thereof, count for much in God’s Kingdom!
WHEN WOULD THE COMBAT PHASE OF THE SECOND POTENTIAL AMERICAN

physically attacked by an employee of a Federal bureaucratic agency that is pursuing or supporting
any of the following tyrannies:

1. When any U.S. citizen is sued, prosecuted, imprisoned, fined, tortured or killed by people
serving in the Federal Executive Branch for exercising:
a. his right to own property, or
b. his freedom of speech, or
c. his freedom of the press, or
d. his freedom of religion, or
e. his Second Amendment rights, or
f. his Fourth Amendment rights, or
g. his Fifth Amendment rights.

2. When any form of religious freedom in the U.S.A. is suspended for any religion. This is
because if they can do this against even an odd cult, they can do this against us Christians.

his or her physical body or a mark of any kind put upon his or her body.

4. When any of the above is required in order to receive any benefit or subsidy from any
governmental agency or quasi governmental agency or to have a job, a business or to own

5. When any confiscation occurs against any citizen without a court ordered search warrant
against a specific person based on probably cause of their use in a real crime that is
designated by a statute that is one of the four types of federal crimes sanctioned against
in the U.S. Constitution.

6. When any form of idolatry is practiced or performed by any governmental or quasi

governmental agency or required by any of them to be practiced or performed by any U.S.
citizen or lawful permanent resident of the U.S.A. or by any other person in the U.S.A.
or
7. When the United Nations or any other foreign agency or entity attempts to infringe
against the Constitutional rights of “We the People” inherently secured from the
infringements in numbers 1-6 herein.
How close in time are we to any one of these atrocities occurring?
If you are well read up in the Bible and well prayed up and understand the tyrannical
intentions underlying most of the fifty million pages of federal and state statutes, regulations and
rulings in the U.S.A., you might wisely answer – a few months to a few years.
Many people may be considering what a specific bureaucratic executive order, regulation or
action ultimately really amounts to. An example of this is if a bureaucratic agency unjustly takes a
man’s unencumbered home without just compensation to him, he and his children, wife and

widowed mother may suffer bodily death from exposure to the elements. Is that murder? Should we
see things for what they are?
Watch and Listen!
Even a person you admire or voted for can be tempted to make one mistake that triggers one
of the above criteria. It could be a Mother Teresa, a lovable paraplegic, or a devout church member.
Do not trust human nature! Do not trust either political party or any office holder!
Do not even trust your own heart. Search it frequently to make sure you do not have an
unjust thought in it!
Instead, trust in Jesus Christ’s name, in God the Trinity.
Hopefully, before the combat phase starts, we should realize that it must glorify Jesus Christ
and be a glorious event to welcome Him and honor His glorious return and victory over all injustices
and against all the unjust and against all the tyranny on the earth!
PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE SELF DEFENSIVE COMBAT PHASE, SHOULD WE

CHRISTIANS OPERATE AS THE SALT OF THE EARTH TO:
1. Openly oppose all injustices.
2. Boycott all corporations that perpetrate injustices against homeowners, farmers, ranchers
and other property owners and against young white males.
3. Lobby against all unjust people and unjust statutes and regulations.
4. Lawfully circumvent the enforcement of all unjust statutes and regulations.
5. Openly, truthfully and lawfully obstruct the enforcement of unjust statutes, regulations,
executive orders, and court rulings.
6. Invoke the U.S. Constitution’s inherent requirement of U.S. citizens to openly, truthfully,
and lawfully disobey any unconstitutional statute, regulation or court ruling for the
purpose of appealing it through the Federal Courts.
7. File and pursue lawsuits pursuant with #6.
These seven venues are very important! If Americans will now pursue these seven “Protest-
ant Venues” they will coincidently be preparing their hearts and minds for the self-defensive combat
phase of the Second American Revolution!

The Divine Design of the First and Potential Second American Revolutions
The brilliance of almost all our Patriots was their ability to read and comprehend and meditate
on the most brilliant book on earth – the Holy Bible, and to inculcate the words of Jesus Christ and
our Holy Father into their everyday lives. Most our Patriots who were born and raised in the colonies
from 1640 – 1800 were required and taught to be very literate in English and well read up and
verbally versed up in the Holy Bible and civic affairs. So, Americans were immensely more educated
than the citizens of England and Europe.
To enhance this venue, came the Great Awakening of the 1730’s and 1740’s of the Holy Spirit
moving through and in all Christians of all Christen denominations in the colonies. This was a very
pronounced and noticeable movement that may have retained its intensity for many decades. From
the Holy Spirit came the Deep Spiritual Awareness of all truths, and therefore of all truthful principles
and doctrines such as justice and liberty and a deep and brilliant advocacy against self-righteousness,
judgmentalness and sin. In particular the prideful arrogance of the English ruling class was in itself
enough to spark and fuel our Revolution. It ticked off our homegrown English, and our Germans, our
Dutch and our French, and most of all, it infuriated our Scots-Irish, whose ancestors had suffered
under that aristocratic ruling class.
Each Christian to some degree filters and biases though his neuron system his personal
translation of the Guidance, Revelations and Illuminations of the Holy Spirit. Our neuron systems are
loaded with biases based on our prior experiences and our prior inculcations of incorrect
interpretations of scriptures which have usually been spawned and repeatedly nurtured by the
human denominations with which we assemble or by our leaning to our own understanding. The
parts of our translations that are not neuro biased are right and are to be embraced and applied.
In Jesus Christ’s brilliant design of our First American Revolution, He orchestrated in brilliant
truth the unique differences of each American Christian denomination. Let’s realize that each
denomination gets (translates) some revelations and illuminations wrong and gets some right, at
least right for an application at the right time and the right place.
Consider the grass roots insurgency of eighty percent of our colonial population at the 1765
issue of the English Stamp Act – taxation without representation. The Presbyterians, the Baptists and
the Congregationalist populated and lead this sudden movement of whole towns of citizens showing
up to threaten to burn down the homes of British regulators and tax collectors.
These “We the people” operated very openly in the name and words of Jesus Christ. Their
passion for pure uncompromising justice and the liberty therein was so very essential. Without their
massive demonstrations, I doubt that our upper class American homegrown leaders such as George
Washington, Patrick Henry, Ben Franklin and Thomas Jefferson would have realized a victorious
Revolution was possible.

Many of the ultimate leaders of our Revolutionary Dialogue and Diplomacy came from the
Anglican denomination which in the American Revolution became the Episcopalian denomination and
totally separated from the English Church. Also there were some hybrids like Ben Franklin and John
Adams who initially embraced a dialogue of diplomacy and compromise. These people and our
ultimate leader of our military (George Washington) were in their Episcopalian and other
denominational Christian modes were also receptive to the Holy Spirit and the Great Awakening.
Their translations of revelations and insights and the guidance of the Holy Spirit were probably
uniquely different than the majority population of insurgents. They may even have been given
separate and unique truths than the insurgents were given. Our all-knowing God used the Patriot
members of those ruling class denominations in His Great Design as constitutional lawyers,
statesmen, diplomats and generals.
Through the wisdom that the Holy Spirit gave them, they knew they had to heed the uproar of
“We the people,” and that they must embrace our insurgency, and yet that they must placate the
enemy and delay him with petitions and diplomacy and ultimately form a new independent nation to
get recognition by the French government for mutual trade, alliances and defense.
ALTHOUGH MOST OF THE PRESBYTERIAN AND BAPTIST NEW ENGLANDERS AND THE SCOTS-
IRISH WERE VERY DEVOUT, PRAYED UP, WISED UP, AND LITERATE, COULD THEY HAVE DONE THIS
AND COULD OUR RICH FOUNDERS HAVE AROUSED THE RANK AND FILE’S PASSION FOR A
REVOLUTION? DID THEY AS MEMBERS OF THE BODY OF CHRIST NEED EACH OTHER?
The Divine Design was way beyond any one denomination and any one man. Even one of our
prominent human leaders had many faults, which he humbly admitted, and he insisted that the
whole Design of our Revolution and the success thereof was Divine – Divinely orchestrated into
Divine Providence. His name was George Washington.
Eventually, nothing short of a self defensive combative phase of our Second American
Revolution may ultimately work! Yet in our preparing of our culture for it, we must recognize and
honor the unique characteristics of each Christian denomination and doctrine and person that are
right and ready for such an actualization, as did our Christian Patriots and Founders.

In this time and in this revolution, Christians worldwide in others countries will benefit.
Most of the Christians in most other nations would revolt against their home grown tyrants if we
encourage them. Americans are the role models for most people oppressed by tyrannical
governments on the earth! Let us let our lights shine! This will turn into a Worldwide Revolution
possibly based in many of the insights and precepts in this Special Report! Perhaps we can benefit

gloriously return to us, and we will welcome and honor Him in every blessed way possible!
There is a high probability that Jesus Christ is waiting for the growth of our potential Second
American Revolution and our Worldwide Revolution to reach a certain level before He returns. He
doesn’t want us Christians passive and just lukewarm when He returns.
I do not know if Jesus returns mid-tribulation or post-tribulation. I believe we are now in
tribulation. So, a pre-tribulation return and rapture seems unlikely. Many verses in the 24th book of
Matthew seem to point to a mid-tribulation return and rapture. I speculate that He will return
sometime when we are in the middle of The self-defensive Combative Phase of The Second American
Revolution and its extended Worldwide Revolution. I am far from being versed up or an expert on
the rapture subject. What man is? Only our Father in Heaven knows the time thereof.

A Mission of the Holy Spirit Expressed Against Tyrannies
The primary mission of the Holy Spirit is against sin (also called “injustice”) and self-
righteousness and judgmentalness. John 16:8, “And when He is come, He will reprove the world of
sin, and of righteousness and of judgment,” which are the foundational roots of all tyrannies.

A sin or injustice (both being synonyms with each other) includes any iniquity, evil intention or
other evil thought in the human heart (the center for affections and attitudes, etc.). Justice is what is
“right,” and injustice is what is “wrong.”
Self-righteousness and judgmentalness are the basis of people emotionally blaming those
they have sinned against (been unjust toward). In earthbound legal, family and social matters,
usually neutral parties such as mediators, judges, pastors, elders, etc., should distill emotional
blaming into realities, facts and solutions. Hopefully they pray about such blame games.
Usually there is no need to emotionally blame anyone if you have not been unjust towards
him.
The absence of emotional blame, of self-righteous and judgmentalness directed at you by

another person usually means you have not been sinned against by that person.
To make your defense so very easy, you need only watch and listen for emotional blame
games against you – often expressed with emotional tones (because they are coming from the heart
of the attacker).
Then question and investigate the attacker, and ultimately at the right time (often right then),
confront him and rebuke him and the attack for:
1) Playing a false emotional blame game, which is false justification for doing something
unjust against you.
2) His Self-righteousness – the belief of a man that he is superior morally to his attackee.
3) His Judgmentalness – the man’s consequential judging of his attackee.
Jesus has said that we who openly pursue His purposes for us will be treated as tyrannically as
He was treated.

Watch and listen for emotional blame games!
In each of them, the attacker is falsely consciously or unconsciously justifying some injustice
he has already planned or perpetrated against the attackee.
Perhaps all human justifications are false. A false justification is sometimes conscious and yet
it is usually unconscious because the perpetrator of an injustice cannot consciously face how evil and
unjust he is. That is why subconsciously or consciously the attacker builds a case against his attackee
The Holy Spirit can work in a person’s heart and will often alert the attackee of the reason for
the false justification blame game and the nature of the self-righteousness and judgmentalness in
which it is based. Sometimes the Holy Spirit will alert the attacker of his biases if he is circumspective
and contrite enough to be receptive and repent.
This foregoing process is so easy to use because the Holy Spirit is in charge of it, and gives
you the exact words to use, and it is always so Biblically correct time after time in challenging the
three evils of human false justification, self-righteousness and judgmentalness.
ISN’T IT QUITE AMAZING THAT MOST CHRISTIANS ARE NOT AWARE OF THE SIGNIFICANCE
OF JOHN 16:8, AND ARE TOTALLY UNAWARE OF JESUS CHRIST’S STATEMENT THAT HE DID NOT
COME TO EARTH TO BRING PEACE, BUT TO BRING DIVISION?
Obviously, the Holy Spirit’s mission against sin (injustice), self-righteousness, and
judgmentalness is just as pointed against the worldly hearts of Christians as it is against the worldly
hearts of non-Christians. In grace, we Christians only get chastened for our injustices, and some of us
learn from those chastenings, repent and correct our ways, but non-Christians who are not in the
elect to ever get saved get punished for their injustices, and if their physical bodies survive, they will
continue to war against us Christians. This is why Jesus says that He was not here to bring peace to
us.
True peace on earth will only occur after Jesus Christ gloriously returns victoriously against
satan and his demons and all the unjust people on the earth.
Every person wanting the salvation of Jesus Christ gets saved. He will not come back until all
the elect have heard His gospel of eternal salvation.
He knows those who want it and those who don’t want it; i.e., people that prefer an eternity
in hell where they think they can have unlimited dope, free sex like they wanted on earth with their
unconstitutional governmental agencies.
So, lots of people don’t want to go to Heaven, and in essence they send themselves to hell.

Other Factors & Brilliant Phenomena in the Pursuit of Justice
Consider the human process of being exposed to so many phenomena and factors in reaching
a decision.
1. A Decision is choosing one alternative from two or more alternatives.
A human decision is influenced by Divine intervention and/or Divine guidance, and/or mind
factors, neuro factors and heart factors, human advisors, angels, Satan, demons, and one’s history of
experiences.
After a man makes a decision, he is given in accordance therewith a going.
2. A going is a movement through space and time. In men on earth the physical body and
their personal spirit therein moves.
The Lord gives men all their goings. Proverbs 20:24, “Man’s goings are from the Lord; how
can a man understand his own ways?”
The Lord means them and everything else for good. Whatever the Lord means will happen.
3. A step is one of a series of components of a Going.
The Lord directs all the steps of men. (Proverbs 16:9)
Perhaps the average person makes a hundred decisions per day and makes two or more major
decisions per year and perhaps a couple of quick decisions each year that have major long term
implications or ramifications.
Most human decisions are incorrect. Thank God we have so many second, third or fourth
chances.
We humans usually learn how to make good decisions on each unique issue by first making
bad decisions.
Fred Smith said that two-thirds of his decisions were bad. He was the Founder and CEO of
Federal Express. Bill Gates humbly admitted a worse record.
Bill Gates orients his leadership and board meetings accordingly and encourages uncensored,
bad, unedited ideas and rewards them because within a bad idea there may be a good one. He calls
it a humbling approach. He encourages a Fast Failure on each pilot and the recording of all successes
and all mistakes and all failures.

Revolution
The FBI said that the most valuable assets stolen by hackers are the records of failures on
research. A billion dollars of failures in research eliminates what has already been tested and
narrows your focus to what is left to test.
Mathematical certainty exists in the process of eliminating possible solutions because each
failure gets you closer to the successful one. If you don’t give up, if you keep trying, if you keep good
records on your failures and your mistakes, and if you openly admit them, you will eventually
discover a solution to your problem. This is Jesus Christ’s prescription to ask, seek and knock
relentlessly. It really works. Federal Express, Microsoft, Apple and several other modern big
corporations practice this doctrine. A big part of this process is faithfully praying to Jesus to get a
short cut in finding an answer, solution or insight.
The seven “Be Attitudes” of Jesus Christ should be operational in the human decision process.
Jesus said to live (operate) by all his words including the “Be Attitudes.” Accordingly, it was not a
mistake or accident that Bill Gates memorized Jesus’ “Be Attitudes” when he was a child. Bill Gates
got this right even though he unwisely supports too many lefties and lefty agencies.
Most early phases and early decisions in grass root business startups are bad! But you have
to experience them and go through them to get to the good ones. Every new business that
becomes a giant public company starts in a barn, a garage or an apartment and goes through all the
nuts and bolts of mistakes and bad decisions at the grass roots level. Also, you will usually have to
hire five different managers or lawyers to get the one that intelligently handles the duties of the
position for which he is hired. As you go through each person, you will learn things about who and
what will be best for the position, and each transitional person you hire will sharpen you up, and
some of them may end up working very well in other positions.
In spite of our knowledge and understanding, we so easily become unaware that we are
spirits in physical bodies and resume thinking of ourselves as the faces of those bodies we occupy.
Isn’t it just as true that most Christians have inadequate knowledge that all the goings of humans are
given them by God and all their steps are directed by God? So many Christians easily drift into
unknowingly having humanistic beliefs.
DID YOU KNOW THAT JESUS SAID TO NOT GO BY APPEARANCES AND TO RENDER
RIGHTEOUS JUDGMENT PERHAPS BECAUSE APPEARANCES KEEP US FROM A DEEP
UNDERSTANDING ABOUT THE DIVINE CAUSATION OF EVERYTHING WE OBSERVE OURSELVES AND
OTHERS DOING? JOHN 5:22, “FOR THE FATHER JUDGETH NO MAN, BUT HATH COMMITTED ALL
JUDGMENT TO THE SON.” Our Common Law system honors these spiritual truths and truthful
realities by usually convicting and punishing people based on their intentions and their state of mind
underlying the crime of which they were accused. Also, under Common Law, to instigate and ponder
a tort, a negligent and unjust condition of one’s mind had to exist at the time of the infliction of harm
or injury.
Even though humanists see each human event as an act of one or more humans, some of
them and many theologians described the heart as the operational center of a human being’s

affections, attitudes, desires and intentions. All humanists believe mankind is basically good and that
the hearts of most men are good.
Scriptures indicate the human heart is more deceptively evil than all things, and ask, “Who
can know it?” Yet, Jesus told us the words from a man come from his heart. Therefore, a man’s
words reveal some things about his heart.
Other scriptures reveal that in accordance with the oral wordy clamorings of men, God allows
them or gives them their kings and other inappropriate wishes and that they will reap the fruit or
ways of their sins and their sinful hearts. Every citizen that does not oppose such unjust clamorings
of men will suffer terrible costs and sufferings related thereto.
Yet it is possible for us in the Name of Jesus Christ, to rid our hearts of many evils and
progress toward the partial or full purification of our hearts for short periods of time. This is one of
Jesus’ “Be Attitudes.” So few of us Christians, including myself, have ever obtained such a purity of
our hearts, or if we even came close to obtaining it, it lasted only for a few minutes, until new
impurities invaded it.
So we observe the words a man says and writes and circumstances nexus to the alleged crime
to see his intentions and to see if a crime was committed, and if he committed it. Other unseen
evidence is available nowadays; i.e., DNA tests, etc.
But in the everyday life of commerce, careers and family relations, we do not come very close
to a Biblical understanding of the Causation Loop.
A going for a man is Divinely given to him often according to some of the evil conditions and
intentions of his heart and sometimes against them.
To love justice more than sacrifice (Proverbs 21:3), we may realize that:
1. The culprits that are harmed by an injustice may be receiving their just punishment on
earth.
2. Partially innocent victims who are Born Again to Jesus receive substitutional rewards that
are far greater and more wonderful than the injustices they have received on earth.
3. No unjust attack can effectively hurt the very just and faithful that are targeted. They will
gain vast opportunities and blessings accompanying the attacks.
4. We do not know when somebody is being punished or chastened now for an evil in his
heart that would have been manifested in the material world years later.
Us humans, and even us Born Again Christians, rarely see beyond the destruction, bloodshed
and devastation of an event to see deeply beneath it and to not go by appearances, and to seek and
find the just and equitable realities equated in the consequences thereof. However, the Lord does!
Jeremiah 17:10, “I the Lord search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his
ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.”

We Christians should try so very hard to inculcate the “Be Attitudes” Jesus Christ gave us.
They in essence all point to conditions in our hearts. Jesus seems to presume that each of us might
only progress to be completely or partially accomplished in one of them for a short duration of time.
They are very high standards. For example, there is a literary implication that one of us might
succeed at being poor (humble) in spirit and another might succeed at being merciful.
Consider that each “Be Attitude” verse indicates its key characteristic is in persons whom it
implies do not have the other “Be Attitudes”.
1. The poor (humble) in spirit.

2. The mournful for our sins and iniquities.
3. The meek towards God.
4. Hunger and thirst after righteousness.
5. The pure in heart.
6. The peacemakers.
7. The merciful.
If we are politically popular or if we are not being persecuted, ridiculed and shunned by
society, are we doing enough for Jesus?
The humanist doctrine is that every going of a man originates in him and is not from God,
and that every step that a man takes is in his control and not directed by God. Unfortunately, 90%
of all modern day Christians believe this. It is so hard for them to believe otherwise when they
focus on the appearances of events. This is why Jesus said to not go by appearances, but do
Righteous Judgment.
Even the Modern Age of Science of not always going by appearances and dealing with unseen
atoms and electrons has not shifted most Christians out of their narrow minded, judgmental view of
someone accused of violating an unconstitutional regulation and of God Himself. Sadly, most
humanists and Christians in the U.S.A. are unknowingly very judgmental against God and the justice
and liberty His Son Jesus Christ gives us.
DO YOU BELIEVE THAT GOD THE FATHER IS MORE OPPOSED TO UNCONSTITUTIONAL

Injustices in the Human Heart And

Righteous Anger Against Them
Our potential Second American Revolutionary War must be fought justly and fought for justice
and the liberty therein, and therefore to honor Jesus Christ.

Doctrine central to both the First and potential Second American Revolutions: We must
deeply believe concurrently and consistently with our understanding that any injustice that is not
repented of has detrimental consequences to its perpetrators and the supporters thereto and the
collaborators therewith that exponentially exceed any benefit therefrom they can receive.
Proverbs 28:5, “Evil men understand not judgment; but they that seek the Lord understand all
things.”
I have often benefitted from unexpected consequences related to proposed statutes and
regulations I passionately opposed while their proponents were economically devastated by them.
Our repentance from our own injustices and the mourning we have for them should be
immense, perhaps we should mourn daily for them! Likewise, when others openly repent to us of
injustices they have perpetrated or collaborated with or supported against us, we must forgive them!
WITH SO MUCH SAFETY IN LIVING BY JESUS CHRIST’S WORDS, WHY DON’T AMERICANS
WISE UP AND GET THIS?
Because George Washington was so forgiving and considerate of loyalists and the British
were so inconsiderate and condescending toward them, eighty percent of them eventually became
Patriots. So, I do not want the potential Second American Revolution to become a witch hunt
against those many civil servants who have often operated justly in truth and mercy as willing
agents of Jesus Christ. We need to keep them in the government so they can help on the inside us
Patriots who are on the outside.
Remember that I do not need this Revolution, but you do, and part of my services to you are
to wise you up so in Jesus Christ’s name, power and words, you can individually become as free as I
am from all tyrannies and from all tyrants. If you are truly broke, don’t worry. Many of my services
to you can be pro bono...if you are not a deadbeat.

Jesus has told us that all injustices are spawned, nurtured and exist in the hearts of men. He
said that to lust (in your heart) after a woman is just as bad, if not worse, than to physically seduce
her, and that hating a man (in your heart) is just as sinful as killing him. Our Christian based Common
Laws emphasize this: i.e., for example, that it is not a crime (murder) to unintentionally and
accidently kill a man.
We easily recognize the obvious injustices (all sins are unjust) such as murder, stealing and

Often the Righteous Anger you experience will be because one or more of the foregoing
injustices in the hearts of other people are pointed out to you by the Holy Spirit.

Often the words of others will tip you off.
For example, when you get unjustly mischaracterized or blamed for something, realize the
accuser has already betrayed you in his heart, if not also in his deeds, and that he is trying to justify
himself. People always blame the person they rob or betray.
I have noticed over the years that I used a casual approach in which I hear out all the evil
words expressed against me and even encourage a complete verbal unloading against me before the
Righteous Anger comes to me. Sometimes days, months, and even years will pass before the
Righteous Anger against a particular person will arise in me. By then, all of my precautions against
that person have been implemented. In the hundreds of times I’ve experienced Righteous Anger, the
words associated therewith were very brilliant and non gainsayable against, and I never, ever
regretted expressing and articulating it. I never regretted any decision I made in a Righteous Anger
moment, and I never suffered a detrimental repercussion from my expressions of Righteous Anger,
and I have always benefited therefrom.
None of us humans will ever know all the contents of the heart of other men or even of
ourselves. “The heart is deceptively wicked above all things.” So I don’t want to be presumptuous to
say I know all the contents in a man’s heart and I don’t want to speculate about the connections
between a man’s sufferings and the contents of his heart. Only God really knows all these contents
and those connections and if the man will pull through or if he is much more like Job in the Bible than
I am, or wants to go to Heaven ASAP, much more than he wants financial restoration, property or a
healing on earth.
Even the members of some Christian subcultures, like my Dad’s John Knox Scots-Irish people
who are said to be “born to fight,” insist on being “right” before they will fight. Coincidently
therewith most often Righteous Anger is concurrently expressed in them when they fight.
People with no fighting skills and who spend no time in the gym are often amazed that when
they have to fight, that Righteous Anger, and the associated fearsome power of God overwhelm and
devastate their muscle bound enemies.
If you invoke the name of Jesus, you may know you are right, and you’ll get Righteous Anger
and continue to be blessed, right and safe in what you thereby do, but your unjust targets have no
such guarantee of their safety or wellbeing.
It seems very appropriate for us Christians of a Presbyterian, Baptist, Pentecostal, or

Congregational orientation to invoke the name of Jesus in direct aggression against our obstacles and
enemies than it may be for our upper class Episcopalian allies who often plead our cause to their
peers in governmental agencies.
YET WILL THE UNREPENTED EMBARRASSMENT OF MANY UPPER CLASS CHRISTIANS TO USE

Discipline Trumps Tyrannical Psychologists
“The spirit is willing, the flesh is weak,” so the flesh is unwilling – not strong.
We as individuals must develop the will of the flesh to do the things that it would not want to
do, and to not do things it would want to do. This is a Christian, non-humanistic orientation against
the propensity of the weakness of the human flesh. The stronger, self-disciplined will of one’s mind
must take charge over the weak flesh one inhabits.
The leader in each group is the most disciplined person in it. The disciplined mind can just say
no and be absolute in just saying no to all known wrong alternatives and “yes” to all known right
alternatives.
Discipline includes knowing or asking, seeking and knocking for what is right for one to do and
purposely discerning what is wrong for one to choose, and certainly not to do the wrong alternatives
and to choose and do the right alternatives. This makes so called modern psychology “personality
disorders” as irrelevant as they should be, because they are at best humanistic attempts to
tyrannically predetermine what is right or wrong for each person and for every event and every
alternative each person encounters.
This brilliant rebuttal makes humanism irrelevant! It shows it to be a modern Positive Law
form of idolatry. It is ironic that many conservative positions have humanistic orientations.
Examples are that “all human laws must be obeyed,” “young first time drug offenders must get
twenty year prison sentences,” “the approval of police seizures of the cash of innocent persons,”
“asserting zoning regulations against their neighbors,” “mandatory military service for all young
people,” and “the tyrannical decisions against home owners by the conservative board members of
home owner associations.” Remember that people who are unjust on these issues will be unjust
on many other issues! Many politically conservative Christians have become like the scribes and
pharisees who persecuted Jesus.
Knowledgeable voluntary discipline trumps the so called personality disorders orientation of

modern humanistic psychologists.

A variety of professionals and very successful people in dozens of career fields have taken

disorders in Americans. They admit that they and perhaps every other human has three or more of
these so called disorders, and that such syndromes are very helpful and beneficial IF focused on the
right objectives, and that the word “disorder” is an absurdity in these regards.
Obviously anti-American humanists, socialists, communists and atheists have dominated

the practice of psychology for many years. They have fabricated atrocious standards of so-called
“personality disorders” that are targeted against every personality characteristic that helped make
Americans and America strong and successful!
Accordingly, psychologists contend that every American needs psychological therapy on a

frequent basis throughout his life. This doctrine is very self-serving and creates a hot demand for
their services. They adamantly contend that they are helping us Americans, and it is not about
money. Yet, “When they say it’s not the money, it’s the money” (Mencken).
The American Medical Association refuses to adopt The American Psychological

Association’s description of “personality disorders.” It does not consider them accurate or
scientifically valid. Also, no police organization or business association in America uses, honors or
relies on them.
WHY ARE THE BLESSED CHARACTERISTICS THAT MAKE SO MANY AMERICANS EXCEPTIONAL
AND GREAT BEING ATTACKED?

The Dereliction of Christians of Their Duty to Resist Tyrannies & Tyrants
Unfortunately, by about 1870 and continuing to this very day, it became avant garde amongst
the general population of Christians in the United States to make their Christian religious and faith
practices separate from their social, political, educational, community affairs, legal affairs and
scientific endeavors.
In 1870 through 1900, ninety-five percent of all U.S. citizens were Christian. Many new
humanist leaders professed they were Christians, but for them to acknowledge the power of faith in
Jesus Christ and the power of invoking His name and His words against every problem, obstacle or
injustice would be to refute their man-centered worldview. They wanted to explain every event in
the progress of society as the result of human intellect and industry. Certainly then and now the
separation of church organizations from the government was to keep them safe from governmental
coercion and “we the people” safe from a partnership of the government with any one church
organization. However, the other forms of separation were very detrimental to America.
Humanists do not believe in miracles, so they naturally rewrote our nations’ history textbooks.
All the miracles of the American Revolution and of the earlier pilgrim experiences were edited out.
John Dewey was very instrumental in this. The Divine Design of our universe as well as the Divine
Design of each man’s life, career, calling and destiny actualized in a man’s goings and steps by the
Trinity was ignored by the humanists. They believed man was good and had made all the wonderful
breakthroughs of history without God.
So, unfortunately, out of a sense of embarrassment, and a desire to be respected by men

and this new society, almost every Christian ceased to openly pursue the religion and words of
Jesus Christ.
They ceased to invoke His name against every obstacle and problem and problem person
they encountered.
They ceased to run their lives by every word that had come from the mouth of Jesus Christ.
They refused to give Him credit for miracles and other blessings they received. Instead, they
would take the credit themselves or give it to other men.
And they gave up their universal calling to be the salt of the earth against the injustices of
men in the private sector and the tyrannies of men in the governmental sector!
I am far more embarrassed by almost all U.S. Christians than they have been about Jesus
Christ.

It is my Christian brothers and sisters in the U.S.A. that from 1870 to now have enabled,
supported and idolized this terrible humanistic, tyrannical culture and all its unconstitutional statutes,
regulations and court rulings. They gave up vast tracks of land in the Midwest and the South and big
businesses in the North for mortgaged condos on a tenth of an acre of land!
In 1870-1900, our grandparents and great grandparents deliberately lost track of and denied
their Patriot ancestors who served in the American Revolution. To do otherwise would have been to
admit our Revolutionary Patriots’ devout and deeply held love of Jesus and justice and the liberty
therein that motivated them to fight so hard and for so long to secure the rights their grandchildren
and great grandchildren squandered for political correctness and social popularity.

The answer is: Any mention or use of the name of Jesus Christ and of His words and His

I have made many affirmative statements that I deeply believe in this book based in the words
of Jesus and in my personal experiences and observations in operating by them that evidence their
validity and their being answered with blessings, miracles, deliverances and many other wonders.
Jesus’ authority in what He said is absolute and divine! It cannot be refuted! He is divine! He
proved this at the resurrection. There were more than 500 eye witnesses that saw Him walking and
teaching after the death of His physical body on the cross.
Rebuking Evolutionists
So, ask the humanistic evolutionists to prove their theory of evolution. Ask them questions
and do not offer any evidence in support of creationism because they would act like pigs and dogs
and attack every word you say. They cannot understand or appreciate our brilliant God-given
knowledge and wisdom. That’s why they are humanists.
We Christians should do the asking and pick them apart with a multitude of questions – pile
them up!

o What proof do you have of evolution between species?

o Has any scientist created one living cell yet after 150 years of testing?
o How many years did this take in the ocean?
o What do you evolutionists say the age of the earth is?
o Where is your thermodynamic proof that the hot, molten interior of the earth could
stay hot and molten that many years?
o Is the human cell complex or simple?
o Does it have approximately 300,000 characteristics?
o How many characteristics does it have?
o Are you aware that Darwin said that if the human cell is ever found to not be simple,
his theory of evolution would be destroyed and not hold water?
o Why have the evolutionists changed their estimated age of the earth so many times
from 100,000 years to 1,000,000 years, and then to 50,000,000 years, and to
100,000,000+ years and now to two billion years? Is this because they need colossal
amounts of time for the Brilliant Design of so many creatures to plausibly and
mathematically have a very small chance of occurring via evolution?

Possibly unidentified flying objects exist. The alleged evidence of this and of the existence of

All things are possible with God. The alleged pictures of these aliens depict significant physical
inferiority to us humans on earth. I sure would not want to marry one of them! Would you? The
alleged living ones allegedly died within a few years on earth in an Air Force hanger.
None of them have been smart enough to make a public announcement and appearance on
TV to alert us earthlings about their purpose. If they were very intelligent, wouldn’t they bypass the
governmental agents allegedly handling them and go publicly and directly to our citizens? After all, if
they exist, aliens must know they are newsworthy and valuable commodities for a news media with
big wallets and no conscience.
So, perhaps we should regard them as lower life forms than us that may have visited us in
high tech vehicles made by God or by His angels or by demons.
Maybe they are part of a larger test that God will give us earthlings. Maybe it is like when
satan tempted God to test Job.
Maybe God wants most Christians to see for themselves how gullible they are and that they
would betray Jesus because they wrongly see UFOs and some feeble aliens as disproving their belief
about Jesus.
Jesus has already questioned if born again believers will be lukewarm when He returns.
He has also said that satan might be able to even deceive almost all of the elect.
Maybe that is what the UFO propaganda is all about.
A recent documentary suggests that elite men worldwide could be trusted to create a solution
to dealing with aliens and UFOs.
I would much rather trust Jesus Christ than all these so called elite men. Aren’t they the same
bunch that have corrupted our people already?

Debunking the Unified Theory of Everything
Almost all the academics who support the “Theory of Everything” (like Steven Hawking), stick
to a ridiculous, illogical theory of Atheism and are deficient in mathematical reasoning! Hawking has
died.
So Ask Other Theoretical Physicists:
o What is your proof that there is no God?

o Isn’t it illogical for a scientist or anybody to contend that something doesn’t exist?

o Can you be specific?
o How can Steven Hawkins’ alleged mathematical proof of his theory stand when it has
never been translated into an invention?
o How reliable is mathematical proof by itself?
o Doesn’t Einstein have exponentially more creditability than Hawkins?
o Why couldn’t Hawkins explain his inability to contemplate the edge of space and of
space matter?
o If one of the black hole theories is ever proven both mathematically and through
application in an invention, who or what do you say created that phenomena?
o Who or what created them?
o What’s the difference between Theoretical Physics and a real physicist?
o Are you a Theoretical Physicist?
o How many actual math classes and physics lab classes have you had?

theorists. Because Hawking was seriously disabled, the news media and liberal academia used him
as an Uncle Tom who could spout ridiculous atheist doctrines and theories and be bullet proof from

understand his utterances?

citizens has enormous ramifications! There is no truthful way for tyrannies or tyrants to prevail
against us Americans. That is why we have “the right to bear arms” in our Second Amendment.
So, the combative phase of The potential Second American Revolution will be totally
Constitutional and based in self defense only, and most likely will be totally necessary sometime in
the future.
So, get spiritually, mentally, and materially prepared for this tremendous likelihood. Our
preparedness is the only bargaining chip that could eliminate the necessity of an overall combative
phase. To be unprepared would be to invite attacks that may not otherwise occur.
Any such appeasement must entail the absolute elimination of all violations and
infringements against the U.S. Constitution of the Federal Congressional Branch, the Judicial Branch
and the Executive Branch.
Presently, with the very honorable exception of the members of the U.S. military, but many
Federal employees are the domestic enemies of the U.S. Constitution that Washington, Jefferson,
Madison, Henry, Franklin, and Monroe warned us against!

Possible Momentous Tyrannical Initiatives From Tyrants
There are several precarious dangers hanging over the U.S.A. and 75% to 90% of its citizens.
Whatever events occur will be meant by God for good. These dangers are as follows:
1. The possible explosion of one to three nuclear bombs in our near space atmosphere at a
300,000’ altitude by Russia or its allies.
a. This can destroy our whole electrical, communications and internet grid and
infrastructure and our electronic auto instruments and certainly all our other
electronic instruments. Recently because of this, our military is moving its command
center back into Cheyenne Mountain. For many years, the Russian Air Force has
patrolled our Gulf Coast and Pacific Coast within 15 miles of our shore. Obama gave
Russia and the Russian military the secrets to our satellite defense system, and allowed
them to manage it on their western border, and they were also taxied by our Air Force
for the inspection of our military installations in the U.S.A.
b. Once such bombs are detonated, the U.S.A. economy will be irredeemably destroyed.
Distribution of food and medical supplies, and everything electrical or semi-electrical
will stop.
c. Up to 270,000,000 U.S. citizens may die…and half this country may then be occupied
by invading forces.

2. The possible nuking by Russia or its allies of ninety percent of the metro areas having a
40,000 plus population in the U.S.A.
a. This almost happened 20 years ago. Yeltzin was within 5 minutes of authorizing an
attack against the U.S.A. of 2,000 nuclear warheads and bombs when he mistakenly
thought that one of the NATO planes from Norway had invaded Russian air space. Dan
Rather covered this…and ironically was later fired, slandered and almost ruined!
b. Our missile defense system is only effective against a very limited attack of less than
fifty incoming missiles, but the Russians and their allies could send in a thousand
missiles and a thousand planes targeting most of the U.S.A., and all but fifty of the
missiles would hit within a few hundred feet of their targets.
c. This could also happen concurrently with a few nuclear explosions in our near space
atmosphere. Both Federal and State civil defense agencies have concealed the big
untold secret: that about 80% of U.S. citizens will die needlessly for a lack of
knowledge. They could survive such an attack if they take precautions, and if each
family invests $500 or so on the right supplies.
3. Martial Law in response to riots and the arming of 20 million tyrannical thugs by
Homeland Security to establish “Law and Order” over middle class people, to confiscate
their guns and to begin the mass genocide of more than 150,000,000 of them.
4. Invasion of up to 40 million foreign nationals through our porous borders, in tandem with
the invasion of Russians nationals with mass gun confiscation.
a. Obama had Homeland Security trained on how to confiscate Americans’ guns. He also
ran a pilot project in Mexico to test his gun confiscation plan. He has already assisted
the Mexican President in 2014 in the attempted confiscation of all the guns and ammo
of Christian Mexican militias – after they successfully repelled and defeated various
squads of Mexican gangs in 2013 and 2014. Obama was very critical of them, and
furious about their success, and spoke in opposition against their having firearms and
defending their families and communities. How much more evil can he be?
b. As weak and wimpy as most Americans have become, I am sure that an invasion and
gun confiscation in tandem together could defeat most the citizens of the U.S.A.
A nuclear warhead on a weaponized missile is not big enough to wipe out a whole metro area,
but is big enough to destroy eight square miles of every building and every person therein, and to
release enough radioactive fallout to kill 80% of the population of half of the metro area. A second
warhead targeted in the most opportunistic wind related spot can wipe out 80% of the other half of
the inhabitants of a metro area with radioactive fallout.
The radioactive fallout is non-lethal after 14 days and continues to decrease dramatically
every day. Thus the valuable homes, cars, businesses, and other property of most U.S. deceased
citizens will be taken by covetous invaders.

property. Unless you live in a remote country of one of the seven most dangerous states, you had
better have an exit plan – after you survive the first fourteen radioactive fallout days. If you stay, stay
as a Patriot in a clandestine minute man-like resistance against the invaders and the invasive
occupiers.
Most importantly, what God wants will happen, and He has meant every event or
occurrence, etc., for good, and for many good reasons, most importantly for the victorious return
of Jesus Christ. If sooner or later the total collapse of the U.S.A. happens, it will happen at the
exact time designated by God! Our Constitution is the real government of the U.S.A., and we will
defend it and it will partially survive on life support until Jesus Christ victoriously institutes His new
perfect government!
God Means Everything for Good!
God means everything that will happen now and forward for good! Mostly the good He
means in what is presently happening or in what happens later may be as follows:
1. For the preparation for the Glorious Return of Jesus Christ to Earth to establish His
kingdom over every inch of the Earth.
2. For the automatic ascent to Heaven by Christians and little children whose bodies die.
3. For the quick and sudden repentance and consequential saving of the presently unsaved
Elect by their calling out to Jesus Christ.
4. For the Rapture of all saved Christians to meet Jesus Christ in the clouds. This could be
sometime during the Great Tribulation.
5. For the exhilaration of each Christian remaining on Earth that will accompany resisting
satan and his tyrants in the extinct Federal government.
6. For the daily repentance of each Christian for not being devout enough in prayer and
communion and for not operating enough by the words of The Father and of Jesus Christ
and by their wisdom, understanding, knowledge, signs, revelations, and guidance, and for
not embracing and pursuing their opportunities, blessings, deliverances and miracles
designated for him or her each day, and for not appreciating enough the overwhelming
magnificence of Their glory.
7. For our honoring of Jesus Christ and His Holy Name and our Holy Father in Heaven.

Patriotic citizens must first prepare to survive and actually survive the lethal fallout from
nuclear attack and the ruination of our electric and communications grids, and our trucking and food
and pharmaceutical production and distribution systems.
Our Patriotic survivors must defend against looting invaders that are criminals spawned in
Homeland Security and other then extinct federal agencies, the ghettos, Russia or its allies.
The single biggest motivation of the invaders is to loot the vast wealth of America, the homes
and businesses in America and afterwards to seize those homes and businesses. Of course, the
Democrats want to redistribute your home to others. Even Putin has looting on a bigger delegated
scale as one of his top motives along with becoming emperor over most of the earth.
The realities are different for each county.
The counties situated within fifty miles of the Pacific Ocean from the Canadian border to
Redding, California, may have a ninety percent or more survival rate after the 14 days following a
nuclear attack because very little if any lethal fallout will hit them. However, a stray missile could hit
a small town, and spread fallout in a wide Easterly path.
If those areas are not nuked, then most of the counties east of them all the way to usually
more populated target areas in Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota will get very little lethal fallout (1
hour to 14 days old).
All such fortunate counties will lose less than ten percent of their population’s citizens in the
lethal fourteen day window.
Also there will be variations in the landfall high atmosphere level nuclear fallout that clears
the Cascades, the Sierras, and the Rockies heading eastward.
If the prevailing estimated winds are at 30 miles per hour, most of Idaho, Montana, and
Wyoming will have 5 to 20 hours to prepare against the fallout.
If our missile silos are not targeted, the non-target areas in North Dakota and South Dakota
will have 30 to 35 hours and the non-target areas in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska will have 40 to 50
hours. The residents of all those counties in those areas have between 30 to 50 hours to make fallout
shelters with dirt, tarps, sandbags, and air pumps for circulation of air, and to prepare shelters in the
second and third level basements in any buildings.
Those areas could have a 30% to 40% survival rate against lethal radioactive fallout.
The U.S.A. missile silos in North Dakota and other states may not be targets. Many of them no
longer contain missiles.

The rest of the population of the U.S.A. will have less than one or two hours to prepare for
fallout if they survive the initial blasts in their cities.
They will have one to two hours to get into the second or third level basements or big
buildings or to prepare the ceiling of their basements and cellars with 3’ of dirt above them, and to
get a battery run or hand run air pump and hose. Each person will need a supply of water and food
to last him or her 14 days.
The survival rate of such populated areas will probably be less than ten percent.
The authority and responsibility of the sheriff of every county in the U.S.A. is to do his best
to protect and or defend the lives and property of every citizen in the jurisdiction of the county of
which he is sheriff, and in a broader directly related sense, to defend the Constitutional rights of
every citizen of that country, and to not assist any federal agency in the enforcement of any
unconstitutional law, etc.
Each sheriff has the right to deputize any able bodied volunteer citizen to help him fulfill his
authorized purpose. He is already their only elected law enforcement officer in the county.
Militias are rooted in the “sheriff” concept, and it may be that the “sheriff” concept is rooted in the
early militias. Their officers – captains, colonels, and such were elected. In such times, the sheriff
and his posse of deputies will be a militia defending the bodily lives, liberty, and property of every
county resident against every type of invader (Russian military invaders, and people invading from
other countries and sociopathic ex-Federal agency employees, etc.) seeking to kill the remaining
citizens in the country with the objective of looting and seizing their property and businesses.
However, I am very concerned that most sheriff departments in the U.S.A. have been
compromised by being allowed to keep money seized from innocent citizens for so many years! So,
most the militias in the U.S.A. will be led by private citizens with no law enforcement background.
In those fortunate counties experiencing less than ten percent fatalities from nuclear fallout,
the job of the sheriff and his posse will be much more manageable, but at least thirty percent of the
surviving residents of such counties will die of starvation and the non-availability of prescription
medications.
Also, later Russians, and domestic tyrants will seek to invade those counties. Those counties
must relentlessly defend against them.
Two million surviving Texans will be overrun by millions of invading foreigners who will come
to both loot and occupy their homes. By fighting relentlessly, some Texans may survive. The long
term survival of populations able to successfully defend the territory of the majority of their land
mass will be in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Nebraska,
Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico.

The majority of the land mass in all other states may be ultimately overrun, subdued, looted
and occupied by invaders and left wing U.S. citizens who served in the Federal system and swore
oaths to defend our Constitution against its foreign and domestic enemies.
In all the other 37 states, our militias will go underground and actually resist the invaders until
Jesus Christ returns in victory!
Only ten percent of populations in those 37 states will have survived beyond the 14 day lethal
fallout period, and two thirds of them will not survive more than six months – by which time the
invaders will have established the “new world order.”
However, in the southern states, several battalions of minute men in each county can instill
fear and chaos in the invaders and make the price of their killing and looting high enough to lose
morale and to doubt the value of their occupancy. Possibly they will eventually leave.
Get Prepared For Survival
You can do a lot of things very quickly for the likely survival of the physical body you occupy
against any of these dangers.
Get a new mindset!
Challenge all your existing long-term plans!
Think short-term!
If you own a business, think of what way your business can supply necessities to a remnant of
Americans.
If you are a skilled worker, think of how you can barter your services for food, shelter, gas, and
medicine.
If you are a Preacher, wise up your congregation.
If you are a housewife, buy a 2 year supply of canned foods and learn nuclear war survival
skills.
If you are a senior citizen, buy up a couple of year’s supply of your prescription medicine.
Get to know the fire department and your neighbors and be prepared and practiced on how
you can help each other and your friends and loved ones.

Get antibiotics and iodine tablets and water purifiers and walkie-talkies, and store lots of gas
and firewood.
Put as much of your savings as possible into gold, platinum, and silver.
The tyrants running our Federal system do not want you to know:
1. You only need to survive the radioactive fallout of a nuclear attack for 14 days! It’s not
lethal after that!
2. Also, all the radioactive fallout in your home, car, water, or food will not be lethal
fourteen days after the nuclear attack has occurred.
3. The explosion of each nuclear warhead on a missile will only directly kill people and
destroy buildings in a 1.5 mile radius of where it hits.
4. And the following information:
There are a variety of fallout shelters. Most of them are temporary and can be built in 30
hours. Keep a pick and shovel and 300 sandbags available.
There are permanent ones that people build in their basements or underground.
Three feet of compacted soil or two to three feet of concrete are necessary for the walls and
ceiling and the entrance.
An air hose and pump with air filters are essential. I prefer a battery operated one.
The air hose should be the “flex” type so you can put 2 or 3 ninety degree turns in it. This
way, most particles won’t get into your shelter, even if you have no filter in it.
It’s a great idea to have a second air intake system.
On the internet there are building instructions for a door-covered trench shelter. You can
interpolate these instructions for other types of shelters you may prefer.
Go on the internet and you may find free public domain books available from civil defense
agencies.

Conclusions, Operational Realities & Warnings
The non-combative phase of The potential Second American Revolution could last for ten or
twenty years or longer, and perhaps it should last that long to give us American Patriots enough time
to build our numbers up and to prepare them for the self-defensive measures that may be necessary
when tyrannical Federal bureaucratic enemies of the U.S. Constitution initiate violence against it and
us.
Of course, whenever it may occur, a nuclear attack will necessitate self-defensive combative
measures against tyrannical and violent bureaucrats. The nuclear survival skills in Chapter 16 are
just a few examples of defensive measures to prepare Americans to survive a massive nuclear
attack of which our tyrannical bureaucrats have deliberately left 300,000,000 Americans as
vulnerable as sitting ducks. So our candles are not hidden under a bushel, I and you must

Instead of trusting in Jesus Christ, the “fearfully weak” have trusted in atrocious tyrannical and
unconstitutional bureaucratic regulations, executive orders and court rulings that supported subsidies
to corporations, mortgage loans, college loans for liberal arts degrees, murderous abortions of
unborn and partially born babies, the confiscation of homes and lands, the seizure of assets,
unmercifully long prison sentences for non-violent citizens, the incarceration of eighty thousand
innocent citizens, the loss of privacy for every American, encroachments against the operations of
every business and against the free use of property.
The faithful Patriots who embrace the miraculous justice, freedom, immunities, and
restorations of Jesus Christ will fight millions of treasonous bureaucrats to try to restore the U.S.
Constitution as the only true Federal government of the U.S.A. to honor both Jesus Christ and His
sustaining of the fearfully weak with His actualization of grace and mercy that they oppose for their
victims. Perhaps this is also for the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of the “fearfully
weak” against whom the “fearfully weak” ironically supported the tyrannies and atrocities we are
revolting against. Maybe some of our great grandchildren will marry some of them.
If the fearfully weak bystanders would only read a few books about the period of 1775 to
1783, they would know the terrible torture, deprivation, wounds and other inflictions our Patriot
soldiers endured and suffered to give them the true American dream that they have squandered to
live in mortgaged houses on ¼ acre plots.
Our Revolutionary Patriots proved that the principles of justice and the liberty therein must be
vigilantly pursued by those who are not yet free first in faith often before bountiful wealth comes
therein, and it does come, and it came to them from 1784 to 1800 in bountiful 400 acre land grants,
thriving businesses and wages that were three times higher than the citizens of England and Europe
earned.
In idolatry, the humanists, communists and one-worlders have tried to make regulations,
executive orders and court rulings to micromanage every pursuit and endeavor of every citizen. They
have failed! The owners and leaders of families, farms, ranches, small businesses and even many
larger businesses and the members of the U.S. military wisely realize and allow for all sorts of
improvision and creativity and latitude in how they and their subordinates pursue and effectuate
their objectives and orders. They wisely realize that what is encountered on the ground and in the
fog of conflict is very much different than their plans and even much more different than what all the
allegedly applicable regulations, executive orders and court rulings prescribe.
So the wise leaders and business owners in America since the 1700’s have recognized, allowed
and even encouraged their subordinates to improvise, and to create many solutions for problems
they encounter.
German soldiers at the end of World War II said that their major disadvantage was that when
their officers were killed, their subordinate enlisted men were so over-disciplined and so over-

controlled that they could not operate without orders, and they froze up, but that the American
troops with all their officers dead could operate independently and improvise and solve serious
combat problems and carry on the battle.
MUST WE REMEMBER WE ARE AMERICANS AND MUST WE REMEMBER THAT WE ARE

DESCENDED FROM AMERICANS THAT COULD SOLVE PROBLEMS AND, IN OTHER WORDS, THAT WE
CAN FIND SOLUTIONS FOR EVERY PROBLEM WE ENCOUNTER? SO, MUST WE ALLOW OURSELVES
TO BE MICROMANAGED AND BRAINWASHED BY GOVERNMENTAL HUMANISTS AND
COMMUNISTS?
On the ground on combat, you need quick, spontaneous solutions partially based in things you
have already considered and war gamed about. Yet in most other endeavors, you can pursue a
longer process.
The following seven points comprise a faithful process to find and acquire multiple solutions
and the best solution for each problem you encounter. That solution will always be the most true
and the most just one.
First: Pray about the problem, and in your prayer define and describe the problem, and ask for
various revelations, miracles and deliverances in regards to it.
Second: Prayerfully and introspectively examine your heart for any deceptions and other
evils (injustices) in it, and repent of them. This means to really rebuke yourself and make a fully
determined effort to not yield to any temptations to be unjust – because if you have injustices in your
heart, how can you expect to receive the just results you are seeking?
Third: Pray daily or even more frequently about every venue you pursue towards obtaining
the best solution for your defined problem. Some busy people may have several problems in any day
for which they are pursuing solutions.
Fourth: Have one hundred percent faith without any doubt that you will receive miracles
and deliverances and that you will find and acquire one or more solutions to the problem and
ultimately the best solution for you and your circumstances. Matthew 7:7-8, “Ask, and it will be given
to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives,
and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.”
Fifth: Realize too that even the best solution for you and your circumstances may require a
courageous or laborious effort on your part and ultimately blessings and miracles on Jesus’ part.
Remember, we Christians are like little children and participate in these daring adventures with Jesus
and His actualizations of His expressions and of our expressions of His unique objectives and His
calling of each of us. Even good intentioned but misguided efforts get blessed enough for a victory!
Jesus strongly and implicitly indicates there is a preferred solution to each problem. Therefore, there
is a mathematical certainty and value in systematically testing and getting failures on possible
solutions if you admit them and record them. You have to go through many failed solutions (and
even failed decisions) to get to the right ones.

Sixth: Pray in tandem with “the asking, seeking and knocking” venue, and pursue the
following supportive processes:
1. Use many advisors, which include the authors of books and articles you read.
2. Consider many proposals and criticisms.
3. Make many observations.
4. Make many inquiries.
5. Hear and consider many arguments and sleep on them. The next morning you will discern
the good ones and the bad ones. Sometimes a good one is the one you initially reacted
against the most.
6. Get second and third opinions about the advice of “experts.” Don’t let your experts or
consultants make any decisions for you. There are a lot of people who hide behind their
licenses in order to protect their livelihood against the freedom of speech and expression
of smarter people who can provide better advice and better services at much lower fees.
7. Watch your licensed lawyers like a hawk. As officers of the court, they cannot be loyal to
you, and all the licensed lawyers in Congress, the Federal Judiciary and the Executive
Branch constitute sixty percent of the traitors against the U.S. Constitution. Usually when
you hire a licensed lawyer, he becomes a bigger problem than the one you hired him to
solve.
Watch Out For Licensed Debater Lawyers
They live, operate, think, eat and breathe “debate”; i.e., that everything, every result and
every venture is based on argument and the appearances of argument of the sounds and word
choices and the dress and the demeanor and the style of the advocate and by case rulings of other
lawyers based in the same “debater” venue and habits.
Truth and justice are not the concern of licensed lawyer debaters. To them they are merely
nuisances or obstructions to overcome or incidental or coincidental to winning at all costs.
Because a negative position in debate beats an affirmative position, ninety-nine times out of a
hundred, the smartest licensed lawyer debaters frame every argument and every comment and all
their thoughts into tricking their opponents into taking affirmative positions and into making
affirmative statements. Then the smart debater only has to ask both subtle and overtly critical
questions to which his opponent must give affirmative answers that almost always are about one
percent as believable as the questions he asks. If they cannot trick their opponent into taking an
affirmative position, they will mischaracterize his position as being affirmative and attack that
affirmative straw dog.
All this is called “putting your opponent on the defensive”. Truth and justice are rarely the
focus of this process. Only winning is and for licensed lawyer debaters, only winning in a manner and
outcome that pleases the judge. All American lawyers are officers of the court and subject to the
court and its judges and therefore conflicted against having full undivided loyalty to their clients.

Revolution
Because debater licensed lawyers are anti-truth and anti-justice, they by their very nature
oppose and attempt to suppress truth seeking, truths and justice oriented venues in every meeting or
conference in which they participate.
So, out of the multitude of Fortune 500 companies we have surveyed, we have not yet found
one that indicates it has a licensed lawyer on its board.
However, licensed lawyers are allowed frequently in such board meetings to present critical
questions, but only after research and development, brainstorming, creative input and initial
proposals have been considered.
This delayed and cautious use of licensed lawyers keeps them from suppressing or killing great
affirmative ideas, suggestions and proposals in their infancy. When those lawyers are allowed to
attend those board meetings, the chairman directs them to focus on how those affirmative ideas,
suggestions and proposals can be legally pursued and not on why they cannot be legally pursued.
Many corporate board members are wise enough to realize that the participation of their
company in an unjust endeavor will have enormous repercussions, even if it is legal. So they are less
likely to be persuaded by their lawyers that tyrannical laws that are legal should be invoked in a
business plan. This is not true of governmental corporations that have a “partnership” or “subsidy”
relationship with a governmental agency.
Also, to innovate and expand a business uninhibited access to affirmative truths, truisms, and
enlightenment is essential and these affirmatives are what licensed lawyers specialize in opposing,
suppressing and disparaging.
So, most boards keep a tight leash on their lawyers. Jesus said, “Woe unto you lawyers
because people were coming to the truth, and you shut the door.”
DID THEY EVER HAVE A CONSCIENCE BEFORE THEY PRACTICED LAW?
Or could it be that the licensed debater lawyers are just blindly and stubbornly over confident
that the process of debate is the only way for determining the truth in any matter or proposition?
That may explain why they cut off and obstruct and censor witnesses in courtrooms, public meetings
and corporate board rooms.
However, should the scientific method, mathematical reasoning, Divine precepts, timeless
truths, the creative process and the U.S. Constitution be prohibited from reasonable consideration in
every judicial, public and corporate meeting? How many great and wonderful results have ever come
from the arguments of licensed debater lawyers, and the rulings of licensed lawyer judges?

Could such inquisitive considerations have been also raised by Jefferson and Madison if they
were as “paranoid” as psychologists and lefty political scientists allege?
Shame on you licensed debater lawyers for tyrannically censoring “We The People”, i.e., the
ranchers, the farmers, the entrepreneurs, the innovators, the scientists, the theologians, the soldiers
and true American Dreamers struggling in their garages, their shops, their barns, their cheap studio
apartments, and their trailers to succeed and to achieve so many things of importance in America!
Seventh: Never give up!

The Ongoing Seven Phase Liberty Vs. Tyranny Cycle
(1) First, idolatrous and tyrannical unconstitutional statutes and regulations are proposed
against a narrow micro niche of citizens.
In the love of justice as the salt of this Earth, you must oppose every such proposal in
your heart, mind, prayers, words and actions, even if you yourself are not its intended
victim!
(2) Then, usually each page of that proposed legislation, etc., is passed and later written into
eighty times as many pages of regulations, including licensing rules to penalize and
prohibit lower priced businesses from providing services in the targeted niche.
(3) Then consequently enormous price increases are imposed by the licensees and the
bureaucrats.
(4) Then courageous privateers circumvent those idolatrous tyrannical unconstitutional

statutes and regulations to provide those same services and products at a quarter to half
of their artificial prices.
(5) Then, other privateers encourage and educate an expanded citizenry to cut out the
licensees and do the regulated services themselves.
(6) Then, the regulatory barrier either collapses or an open revolution is instigated against it.
When a third of the population gets exasperated with so many tyrannical barriers, there
will ultimately be a revolution against the whole bureaucracy.

(7) Then, with a victorious revolution, a free market phase takes place with the enormous
securing of liberty and prosperity.
However, because most our citizens do not remember these experiences, they will again be
tempted into wanting and embracing many idolatrous and tyrannical unconstitutional statutes and
regulations again, again, and again.
Most of our citizens do not learn from history. So, history repeats itself again, again, and
again, and Americans and the other citizens of the Earth are destined to be moving increasingly
more intensely again, again, and again through these seven phases of this cycle until Jesus Christ
victoriously establishes His perfect government on Earth.
WHY DO ALL US CHRISTIANS GO THROUGH ALL SEVEN PHASES OF THIS CYCLE AGAIN,
AGAIN, AND AGAIN?
THIS IS BECAUSE THIS IS A VERY SIGNIFICANT PART OF THE MISSION AND CUP JESUS CHRIST
HAS GIVEN EACH OF US AND THIS IS A VERY SIGNIFICANT PART OF WHO WE ARE! IF WE DID NOT
GO THROUGH THESE SEVEN PHASES AGAIN, AGAIN, AND AGAIN AGAINST SO MANY TYRANNIES
AND TYRANTS WE WOULD NOT BE AS HAPPY, CONTENT AND JOYFUL AS WE ARE!
However, even though you and I will continue to go through this seven phase cycle, you can
receive immunity from the pain, suffering and costs therein by having one hundred percent faith in
