(FUNDED MICRO-LOAN LENDING SOLUTION)
We provide TECHNICAL platform and arrange INVESTMENT for loan amount. We supply the product,
implement and maintain technically during the whole contract period with PROSPECTs. Moreover, we
arrange fund for the borrowers. Means, it is a combo package offer “Technical Platform + Funding for
Loan”, that’s unique in the market. We charge a Service Fee on loan amount, that Service Fee contains
Interest + Technical Solution usage charge. This Service Fee is all of our Revenue. As long as this solution
runs in PROSPECT, this will generate monthly revenue from Service Fee, which we share between all stake
holders every month as per the offered Revenue Share ratio. This Service Fee can be decided after Business
Case analysis by our team. For Business Case analysis, we have set of questionnaires for the PROSPECT,
which PROSPECT needs to fill and resend. Based on that info, we will do our Business Case analysis.
Please note that we are looking for existing PROSPECT with sizable subscriber base, NOT newly registered
or fresh ones without subscriber base. Cause, we connect with subscriber’s data in PROSPECT and do
scoring. Means the borrower has to be the existing subscriber of that particular PROSPECT for a certain
period. Our system scores subscribers based on those data and report to PROSPECT’s system for providing
credit or rejecting the request.
Moreover, PROSPECT has to have appropriate license for Micro-loan lending. If PROSPECT do not have
the necessary license, we can engage another party e.g. MFI, who has the relevant license.
All of our Revenue will come from Service Fee for credit amount.
This solution is offered to PROSPECT on Revenue Sharing basis. PROSPECT do not need to buy the
solution from us. A contract needs to be signed, in case if PROSPECT want us to implement the product.
For each successful project, we will take our part of Revenue from PROSPECT as long as that solution run
and generate revenue in that particular PROSPECT.

Arrange Short Code, Keyword, Sub-keywords in case subscriber interfaces are SMS, USSD and
facilitate integration, where applicable
Facilitate access of APP, WEB interface to work with their technical infrastructure
Facilitate integration with the Billing/ Charging platform
Arrange VPN connectivity with Bandwidth from PROSPECT eco-system to our solution platform
On-site/on-premise hardware devices and accessories installation arrangement e.g. Rack Space,
Power, Connectivity, Cabling for Power and Connectivity as per requirement, where applicable
Provide access to their backend eco-system as per requirement to facilitate implementation and
integration with network and other platforms
Manage overall network and billing capabilities to keep the service running
IMPLEMENTATION TIMELINE
The solution can be implemented and launched within 4 – 6 months’ time after signing of the agreement,
depending on PROSPECT’s existing infrastructure and PROSPECT’s timely response and co-operation.
The whole deployment can be done remotely. In case, if physical presence is required by our team; an
implementation team will be on-site during the implementation at our own expanses.
DEMO TESTING
Demo is not possible for the product/solution. Since this is platform-based solution and the platform’s
require integration with PROSPECT eco-system to work. The method of working is “Proof of
Concept (PoC)”. After the presentations/meetings, if PROSPECT like the product/solution, PROSPECT
need to sign agreement/contract and based on that we will implement the product/solution. The
agreement/contract can have a standard clause that in case, if the implementation is not successfully done
and/or not function properly as per the presentation, documentation and discussion, PROSPECT has the
right to cancel this contract any time. Means, PROSPECT will only continue after satisfactory
implementation, functionalities and performance of the product/solution.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Customer Support, Call Centre Support should be provided by PROSPECT as PROSPECT branded product.
We will provide training to a PROSPECT team, so that they can train the rest of the team members.
REVENUE GENERATION
All of our Revenue will come from Service Fee for credit amount.
For example, a Subscriber is given USD 1.0 credit, it can have 20% Service Fee on this amount. So,
subscriber will have to pay back USD 1.2 (loan amount + service fee). This Service Fee 20% (USD 0.20) on
the credit amount is all of our Revenue, that will be shared between us as per the above ratio.
REVENUE SHARE
