practicum weeks. I only went to observe 4 Intan on the 24th of Jun which was

on Thursday. I was introduced by my mentor also PJK teacher for that class,

Pn Low Ai Song to the students. Then I sat at the back of the class to watch

her teaching. On that day, he did nothing much but only recap the previous

lesson on the health component. The students seemed responsive but

sometimes they seem aggressive. Pn Low Ai Song doesn’t seem to have

much trouble with the class because the students like her and also she is took

as a positive motivator. Pn Low Ai Song shared with me on the ways to get

the students attention and also stated some names that may cause a little

mischief in the class. Apart from that, he also gave me a few tips on how to

control and manage a classroom and how to handle certain problems that

may occur. I was also informed on the types of punishment that could be

executed due to disciplinary problems in the class. Overall, the teaching

observation went very well. At least I know what to expect from the students

when I start to take over the class and be well prepared to face any

consequences at my back.
