Terms & Conditions

1. The norms of Social Distancing shall be ensured during, travelling by the requisite person.
2. All persons coming from high load COVID-19 infected cities will be institutionally quarantined.
3. All asymptomatic persons coming from other States/ Cities will be home quarantined as per the Ministry of Health and
Family Welfare, Govt. of India, guidelines issues from time to time.
4. All persons coming from abroad will be quarantined as per the guidelines of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare,
Govt. of India, guidelines issues from time to time.
5. All symptomatic and persons with ILI symptoms may be kept in institutional quarantine facilities.
6. All persons who jump home quarantine will be taken to institutional quarantine facilities.
7. Those asking for better facilities other than identified by the District Administration may be quarantined in paid
facilities pre-identified and notified by the district administration.
8. The orchardists/ Agriculturist/ Contractors/ Project Proponents shall arrange for quarantine facility of all labour
brought to the State form outside.
9. If travelling from outside Himachal Pradesh, you have to mandatorily inform your SDM/SHO/BMO/MC/Local
 Panchayat upon your arrival and shall have to undergo 14 days home/institutional quarantine failing which you will
face action under law. District Administration may decide for COVID-19 sampling/test for travellers from Containment
Zones and Institutional Quarantine.
10. This Pass/ID is valid during the lockdown period only.
11. No entry will be allowed between 8PM to 6AM.
12. Safety norms as per SOP / Guidelines of Ministry of Health, Govt. of India shall be followed while using this Pass/ID
without fail in order to prevent further spread of the Corona Virus.
13. Decision of the Administration will be final in this regard.
