SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

(TO TRANSACT WITH LTO)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CATALINA B. CORDOVA, legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of #21 Dominican Hill, Baguio
City, Philippines, do hereby APPOINT, NAME and CONSTITUTE BERNARD F. NAVARRO, also of legal age,
single, Filipino and a resident of #45 Happy Hollows, Baguio City, Philippines, as my true and lawful
attorney, for and in my name, place and stead to perform the following acts:

1. To transact business with the LTFRB, LTO and other government agencies in connection with
the management and operation of my taxi unit under LTFRB Case No. 2012-BENG-CAR-123;
2. To receive the proceeds of daily operation of my taxi unit from its assigned driver and to remit
the same to me personally or through my bank account;
3. To assign for and behalf, to submit requirements thereof and receive papers and documents
necessary in the operation of my taxi service;
4. To do other acts necessary and essential to accomplish the above purposes and/or authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to perform and
execute every act necessary to render effective the power above-described as though I myself so
performed them, and hereby APPROVING all that my lawful attorney may do by virtue hereof, with full
power of substitution and revocation of this instrument.
