Mechanical comments:

Ideal standard is approved in principle as a manufacturer for faucets &mixers from mechanical point 
of view however; the contractor shall comply with below comments: 

1) Complete Sample shall be provided for all quoted items for quality check 
2) Contractor/manufacturer requested to provide by fixture design tag no.a Compliance sheet 
comparison table between the required at specification versus the selected and/or the available 
option product clarifying the difference. (Showing proposed specs versus project specs 
(material, Finish, min, max flow rate,,,,etc). 
3) Compliance statement shall be updated to latest specs rev04 
4) Catalogue shall be provided for all quoted items showing the technical specs of each item 
(material, finish, min, max flow rate,pipe size,standard followed,,,,etc)  
5) Manufacture/contractor to submit table showing the quantities for each type at each tower. 
6) Manufacturer/contractor to submit installation detail clarifying unit fixture installation and 
fixation of unit and mixer. Besides, identifying whole appurtenances and trimmings applied and 
their material.  
7) Contractor/manufacturer should stick with specification requirements concerning the required 
certificate (NSF certificates for faucets is requested). specs section 224100 2.4 
8) Table shall be provided showing Area of application for each quoted item as per ID manual.  
9) Final approval subject to Architecture interior approval 
10) Final approval for all quoted items subject to mock up sample on site.
