Fiyavalhu Maldives offers an all island experience that encompasses comfortable living
spaces in a natural and private alcove of Mandhoo. The design of all 44 villas take into
consideration the sublime surroundings of the beautiful environment of the island and the
simple Maldivian lifestyle. The resort facilities include 2 Food & Beverage outlets, Fitness &
Wellbeing areas, On and Off Land Excursions and various Leisure facilities.

We are seeking professional and experienced candidates to fill the position of General
Manager who will be responsible for the planning, organizing, directing and managing of
resort operations to maximize the profitability and to achieve guest satisfaction while
ensuring employee engagement and coordination with the owners and other
stakeholders with quality assurance and exceeding financial goals. He/she should develop,
recommend, implement and manage the operational departments annual and long-term
goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience in resort operational management with minimum 3 - 5 years

Strong understanding of hotel operations in rooms division, F&B including finance,

budgeting, forecasting, human resources, revenue management. Sales & Marketing
competencies

Strong decision-making ability and excellent verbal written and communication skills.
Well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Ability to lead and manage
team / recourses in ensuring timely completion of assignments.

Pre-opening experience is an added advantage.
