Conflict of Interest
Our conflict of interest policy is available on request.
We operate Cell Captive arrangements, which allows us to participate in, or contribute to any underwriting profits or losses, respectively. To
mitigate this conflict of interest, all claims are handled by independent Administrators, in which we have no financial interest and who is not
remunerated on the level of claims approved or rejected and the level of premiums are determined by the Underwriters, whose only income from
these products is based on a fixed amount per policy.

paid to the Intermediary by way of legally required IGF Guarantee.

• Please ensure that all information and facts are accurately, honestly and properly disclosed, as we rely on the accuracy of your information
to prepare the most appropriate advice;
• Incorrect or non-disclosure of information by you may influence an Underwriter's decision on any claim arising from your insurance
agreement;
• Any changes in your material circumstances should be reported to our Representative, Intermediary or Underwriter as soon as it is possible.
Waiver of Rights
The General Code of Conduct stipulates that no financial services provider may request or induce in any manner a client to waiver any right or
benefit conferred on the client by or in terms of any provisions of the said Code, or recognise, accept or act on any such waiver by a client. Any
such waiver is null and void.

Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with:
(a) The service provided by the sales staff; or
(b) The financial advice you have received from our authorised representative; or
(c) The claims decision of the Insurer’s Claims Administrators,
please reduce your complaint to writing and submit it to the persons noted in Step 1 and Step 2 below:
