Scope of solution
UBX would provide a dedicated firewall and subnet in our private cloud environment.
UBX would include 6 usable public facing static IP address
UBX would provide Internet transit service on ASN: 393619 network
UBX would not meter or charge for any internet transit or bandwidth in hosted environment
UBX will include VMWare vSphere Enterprise licensing
UBX will include Windows Server 2019 licenses
UBX will include monitoring of hosted environment
UBX will include Veeam Backup & Replication v10 to cover the hosted environment.
UBX will provide a dashboard for XXX staff to see cloud health and status
UBX will offer unlimited L2 and L3 support for the hosted environment co-managed with XXX
UBX will provide 24x7 support assistance via Helpdesk ticket, private Slack channel, or phone.
UBX will include monitoring and patching of hosted environment.
UBX would facilitate and co-manage the hosted environment with XXX up-time in mind.

Business continuity
UBX will include Veeam powered backups to our primary datacenter with a 30 day retention
UBX will include off-site Veeam backups to our secondary datacenter with a 7 day retention
UBX will include off-site replication to our secondary datacenter with a 30 minute RTO
UBX will include reserve compute capacity at our secondary datacenter

Cyber Security
UBX has partnered with Syntervision to deliver Oasis Security as a Service with
integrated intrusion detection in our private cloud at no charge.

Advanced security options including: SIEM, SOAR, EDR and complete SOC security services
are available as an optional add on.
