VSAT equipments & their installation

1 Supply of 1.2 m Ku band VSAT Antenna along with Nos. 412

2 Supply of 1 KVA online UPS with 2 hrs backup along with No. 300
cord & 15 Amps socket and plug etc. confirming to the
parameter given in Annexure A
3 Supply of VOIP box with 2 RJ11 ports for voice/fax Nos. 300
confirming to as per technical specifications given in section
III.
4 Supply of VSAT IDU with IP router without inbuilt modem Nos. 412
for ADB having 2 Watts Out Door Unit, LNA/LNB along
with IFL cable of required length, additional feed horn
membrane, connector & accessories etc, confirming to
RDSO spec. No. RDSO/ SPN/ TC/87/ 2008 or latest given
in section III.
5 Supply of Spares for remote VSATs (confirming to RDSO
spec. No. RDSO/ SPN /TC/87/2008 or latest) :-
(i) 1.2 m Ku band VSAT Antenna as per item No 1. No. 21
(ii) 1 KVA online UPS with 2 hrs backup as per item No 2. No. 15
(iii) VOIP box as per item No.3 No. 15
(iv) VSAT Indoor Unit , 2 watts Out Door Unit & accessories No. 21
as per item No 4
6 Supply, fabrication & installation of Iron Mesh type Nos. 41
monkey cage for remote VSATs as per specification and
drawing no. IRPMU/Fixed VSAT/02 given in section III.
7 Installation, testing & commissioning of complete VSAT per site 412
sites with main Hub including provision of lightening
protection arrangement, surface preparation, ballasting &
IFL conduiting as per drawing & RDSO spec. No. RDSO/
SPN/ TC/ 87/2008 or latest given in section III
8 Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of earthing per site 412
with two nos. of earths, preparation including supply of
materials as per drawing no. SDO/RDSO & technical spec.
given in section III along with test certificates of all
technical parameters.

1) The rates of optional item (Item no. 9, 10 & 11) shall be taken into tender evaluation.
2) The optional item no. 9 shall be procured as per requirement during execution of work. The tenderer
shall quote the individual unit rates for each item as LS quoted rates rate shall not be considered.
3) The tenderer shall quote the installation charges separately for individual items under S. No. (9) of the
schedule in Item no. 10.
