“Let me tell you a story. One time I worked at an organization were the
CEO was known for screaming throughout the building. Regularly. It’s
not something anyone should “get used to” in an office environment,
but I did because it was so common.”

“One day the screaming seemed different. It lasted a lot longer. Finally,
I looked out my door to see what the screaming was for. CEO was
screaming at a manager. She was Deaf. CEO could sign & could get an
interpreter. Instead, he screamed.”

“Just thinking about that day gets me upset and anxious.”

“I remember that day clearly as it was outside my office door. It

was disturbing and outright scary especially for someone like me
who has gone though past emotional trauma.”

“I deleted my comments because I got in trouble for tweeting

during work time and being sucked in.”

“No apologies from BD, I am told that I should have gone to

him if I have a problem with his behavior. Easier said that
done….”

“This is weighing heavy on me because I see how he is

playing victim with me. It’s a heavy burden”
