SCHOOL CHILD PROTECTION POLICY

The Philippine Law School has set up Code of Ethics as stated in the Parent-Student
Handbook which they have to follow and if they fail to comply the erring students shall be
reprimanded for disciplinary actions. Conformed by the existing rules and regulations set up
by this institution such as:

1. Students are being encouraged to come to school early and regularly however, if they incur
more absences, the students should present excuse slip and after the second reminder, the
students should not be admitted to class without medical certificate and signed by the
guidance counselor.

2. The school provides sanctions for minor and major offenses.

Out school adopts the CPC (DepEd Order No. 40 s.2012) but our school has not incurred any
untoward incidents in regards to discrimination, violence, exploitation, psychological and
physical abuses.

DEPED SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL


CAREER GUIDANCE PROGRAM AND EARLY REGISTRATION

I. INTRODUCTION
Action: Plan on Senior High School Career Guidance Program.

a. General Objectives:

To determine the learner's personalities and skills based on "Deped Senior High School Career
Guidance Program on Early Registration" in understanding oneself on their chosen curriculum
tracks destination and charting of their own career paths.

b. Activities:

As per module activities we have found out that each learners played an important role in the
SHS decision making based on their own/peer self portrait bags and dream collage.
We have come to learn that the learners enhance their awareness on the right SHS tracks
leading to their designated career paths.

c. Resources:

Each resources used by the learners based on output activities and their journal entries
encouraging recycle materials used during Homeroom class. The learners easily adopt each activity based
on their SHS curriculum track on their career paths.

d. Persons Involved:

As per teacher’s guidance the learner’s own interests/skills made their own personality traits and
characteristics as per SHS curriculum tracks.
e. Time Frame:

The processing and synthesis allotted time is about one hour (60 mins) in handling each learner's
assignment.

f. Expected Outcome:

We have found out that each learner's are interested on the TVL Sports track which is their First
choice while their academic SHS second choice is basically leading to future police officer on public
servant.

B. Career Guidance Week:

The said Career Guidance Week has been set up depending on Self-awareness, destination leading to
their individual course chosen as per "Deped SHS Career Guidance Program and early registration" of the
learners/teacher’s involvement.

C. SHS Communication Plan:

The learner's communication plan set up on Vacation/Vocation Activity plan in decision making and self-
awareness based on their knowledge/skill as per chosen tracks.

D. SHS Data Management Plan:

With the based data Management plan, we have known the learner's SHS Curriculum Track.

E. SHS Student Immersion Partnership:


The students/parent’s agreement has been immersed on the said Oct 17, activities 2018 for actual
implementation made by DEPED SHS Career Guidance Program.
II. STUDENT - TEACHER INSIGHTS/REFLECTION
Based on the learner insight we evaluated their chosen tracks was sports as reflected per
modules skills/interest on the right career path.

III. CONCLUSION
Based from the research of the different activities of the DEPED SHS Career Guidance Program
for early registration was very effective especially in determining what course they will take in
Senior HS.
