1) Project: Requirements Analysis & Delivery - This project includes the complete analysis of the defect or
enhancement requested from the client to be discussed with the strategist and make the documentation of all the
requirements and check the applications functionality according to the requirements and initiate the process with both
engineers and Testing team and plan the process to be completed to deliver to the clients with good quality

2) Project: Vertical Regression Creation - This project includes writing the test plans covering all the requirements
for an application logically in a test plan. Vertical Regression test plans are written to cover most of the functionalities
of one application to check the quality of applications individually

The General Laboratories application set is a software system which is aimed at automating the process of Health care
in General laboratory area by reducing the turnaround time & cost and improving the quality of patient care

1) Project: Technology Uplift - This is a technology upgrade project. The applications are migrated from VB to C#. The
“Like to Like” validation is happening from certification team. Being said “Like to Like” the Certification/Testing team
has to ensure that the nativity of the system should be maintained even after the tech upgrade. Was the Sole owner
from testing team for the complete project leading 4 contractors and was involved in complete process of the project

2) Project: JAWS screen reader compatibility validation - Job Access with Speech is a computer screen reader
program that allows blind and visually impaired users to read the screen. The applications have validated against JAWS
by using the tabbing navigation (keyboard). The sole purpose of validation has to ensure that the applications are 508
compliant. When the applications are 508 compliant then they are accessible to all users
3) Project: Win 10 Validations and Server Validation - This project was proposed when most of the clients are going
to be upgraded to Windows 10 Operating System and Server 2012. The moto of the project was to validate the
compatibility of the applications against Windows 10 OS and server 2012
4) Project: Service Package and Exception Package Validation - The fix for the CRs logged by Clients would be
patched back to their code base through Service Packages (SP). There would be an SP every month so there would be a
validation. The enhancements also be shipped to clients through SPs. EPs are ad hoc requests from clients for
obligation CRs Validated within a stipulated timeframe

5) Project: Regression Revamp - This project was proposed to have the Regression plans revamped based on few
Client workflows, Test builder tools, Model experience scripts, CR analysis for the complete test plans coverage for
improving Quality
