How system will work?

- User can sign up and login by Email and password.


- User can set up their account by adding details of Full name, Phone number, Company name,
Company size, how did you find this system? And select industry. You can also add common
products & services for this industry to my account
- You can enter save and Finish button and User will get welcome email.
- new customers book work from your website, Facebook page, and more
- User will be having next screen of dashboard where You will be able to see main features like
Dashboard, Calendar(Monthly, weekly, Grid, Map, List) , Clients (People, Priorities),
Work(Overview, request, quotes, Jobs, Invoices), Reports, Time sheets etc.
- User can create a job, choose a client, and assign it to your team with only a few clicks.
- It will View upcoming or unscheduled visits for jobs at a glance and update your calendar as
needed and Keep track of important client details whether you’re at the office, or out in the
field.
- User can select or create a client. If user will select on Create a client button, then he needs to
add details like First name, Last name, Contact details, property details, address, City, zip code,
Country.
- There are two options for booking. One is for one-off Job and second one is Recurring job.
- If user will select one off job, he needs to select Start date, End date via calendar , start and stop
timings. There is one more button called Assign from where user can select Team member.
- Next step is Line Items. User can add Products/services, Its name, description, Quantity, Unit
cost and Total.
- You can also add multiple Line Item.
- If you user wants to add Internal notes and notification then he can add and select for the
Invoice and Save button
- After booking service, user will be having next calendar page where he can see all the
appointments with details.
- There is one main functionality called Action. Once you will select button, you will be having
options like Edit, Convert a job, Convert a Quote and archive.
- If you will select convert a quote, you need to feel information about services and send to
customer.
- Once customer views the online quote then they can approve the work, sign the quote and go
through the online payment system.
- Once the quote is approved, the work can be scheduled and we can convert quote to the Job.
- In this way, you can schedule recurring job as well, it is specific and customizable. User can
select it timings, days, weekly, monthly as customer wants and then it leads to Invoice part.
- In this way, Work has been requested, Quote is approved and Job is scheduled.
- User and team can see the jobs and clients information.
- SMS would be sent to client with custom message and select status of reaching there. User can
Send customers a text message to let them know you're on your way
- Share custom forms and checklists with your customers to show off what was done
- Once this will be completed, user can select to the Action button, and generate Invoice.
- If user wants to make any edits, he can do that and can send to client
- There is functionality called Batch Invoices, and you can see all the jobs listed and all the details
of invoices and you can easily generate all the invoices and send them to Email.
- There is custom templates are readily available and you can send it to client directly and this is
how the job will be created.
- This way the services and job will stay organized and faster and take it to next level

Functionality of Admin:

- Admin will be having full access to the account, including reports, integrations, and account
billing.
- Admin can Login and Sign up and edit their profile
- Admin can enter details and bio
- Admin can manage website, Customers, Users, Clients and all services.
- System admin can see a list of admin user who can manage or access the system admin portal.
- System admin can add/edit/delete admin user.
- System admin can block/unblock a particular admin user.
- Reset password for particular admin user.
- System admin & admin user can see a list of Services.
- System admin & admin user can add/edit/delete Service.
- System admin & admin user can activate/deactivate a particular Service.
- System admin & admin user can see a list of Cities where services are available.
- System admin & admin user can add/edit/delete City.
- System admin & admin user can activate/deactivate a particular City.
- System admin & admin user can see a list of Customers and Clients
- Admin can manage Reports and all notifications
- Admin can see transaction History and Invoices
