Download DXC Windows 10 image for Lenovo or HP Supported Devices

An alternative method to retrieve the DXC Win 10 image is go to Sharepoint DXC Win 10 image
folder and follow the below steps.

1. You will need to log-on to Sharepoint with your DXC credentials (shortname, password and
Symantec VIP code).
2. Download the three highlighted files below from the SharePoint, note the
‘PCCOE_DXC_WIN10_X64_d07.07.11_WW-EN_VM-USB.ISO’ file is over 8GB so may take some
time to download:
a. Recommend that you download the files individually
b. There are 2 versions of the DXC Win 10 d07.07.11 on the sharepoint, a Worldwide
English version and a Worldwide MUI or non-English version.
c. If you only need the ISO to build a VM you do not need to complete steps 2-5 below as a
VM can be built directly from this ISO, if you need to make a USB stick to rebuild Lenovo
hardware continue with steps 3-6 below.

3. Install Rufus from the rufus-3.3.exe you just downloaded.

4. Insert the USB stick you would like to populate and in Rufus select your USB stick via the ‘ Device’
section and the ISO you downloaded (whatever its version) via the ‘SELECT’ section as shown
below, when ready click ‘Start’ and wait for this to complete:

determine which ‘drv_*.*’ file(s) support your Lenovo hardware.
a. To add the hardware support copy the required ‘drv_*.*’ files from the SharePoint
‘Lenovo Drivers’ section to the \drivers folder of the USB stick you prepared in step 4
above.

6. To build a HP platform copy the required ‘drv_*.*’ files from the SharePoint ‘HP Drivers’ section
to the \drivers folder of the USB stick you prepared in step 4 above.

7. The USB stick is now ready to build the Lenovo or HP hardware you added driver support for in
step 5.
