Course aims and objectives:
The aims of the Associate Degree in Policing Practice are to produce graduates who:
▪ at the point of attestation are able to effectively undertake the duties of a Probationary Constable of the
NSW Police Force; and
▪ at the point of confirmation are able to effectively undertake the duties of a confirmed Constable of the
NSW Police Force.
The Associate Degree in Policing Practice focuses and builds on the core areas of police work and National
