SRN6 Hovercraft
A British-builtcivilianhovercraftsuitablefor conversionto militaryapplications
(notablyby some of the PersianGulf states).Operatedby a crew ol three,the SRN 6
can also carry 11 seated passengers,three stretchercases and two seated
personnel,or three tons of cargo,or any logicalcombinationof the above.
The fuel capacitylistedbelow is non-standardfor SRN 6s. lt was greatly
increasedby the CanadianCoast Guardfor their search and rescueoperations.The
NHT weapon mounts were fitted on the left side of the roof in 1996 when the craft
