programs.

Intermediate Results (IR):


IR 1: Increased access to early childhood development programs, for young
children, their families and/or caregivers.

IR 2: Improved quality of early childhood development programs that protect


and promote children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical
development.

IR 3: Improved community capacity and support to protect and promote


early childhood development.

IR 4: Strengthened local, regional, national and/or global policies, capacities


and resources for early childhood development.
*this includes parent or caregiver education, teacher education, home-based, center or classroom-based programs.
