REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. PAYMENT OF FEES

 International Students
 Please ensure that you have paid the Processing Fee and the Initial Payment as stated
in the Offer Letter. Payment can be made online through one of the following:
 International Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit card via Flywire; log-on to
www.flywire.com.my/pay/iukl
 Bank-in into the CIMB Bank account :-
8002883456 (payable to Ikram Education Sdn Bhd)
 Please state your Name, Passport No. on the bank-in slip/remittance slip and e-mail to
international@iukl.edu.my
 Please contact bursary@iukl.edu.my for assistance.

2. ACTIVATION OF ENROLLMENT
 Go to the address https://forms.gle/PnqXcrydfgyHBeoK8 to complete the online
registration form.

*ENGLISH PLACEMENT TEST (EPT)

 You are required to take the English Placement Test (EPT), if you did not fulfil the
English requirement for the programme. We would inform you on this process.
 Please contact nurfarahaein@iukl.edu.my for more details on EPT.
 You may proceed with the course registration once you get the result for EPT.
 Please ensure you have the matric number for course registration.
 Please contact registraroffice@iukl.edu.my if you do not have the matric number.

3. COURSE REGISTRATION
 Please contact your Head of Programme (HOP) for consultation (Refer Appendix 1)
 Go to the address http://lms.iukl.edu.my for access into the student portal
 Please change your password after your first time logging in (For new students)
 Refer to the user manual for course registration
 Add and Drop
 Class Timetable
 Print Course Registration Slip

4. STUDENTS MATRIC CARD

 Please email to irwandy@iukl.edu.my for an appointment for the photo shoot.
 After the appointment has been set, go to the Registrar’s Office according to the date
set at Level 1, Corporate Block, together with a copy of the Course Registration Slip.

5. REGISTRATION WITH LIBRARY
