* NATIONAL FUND: 200 BILLION FOR a target of 18 MILLION FAMILIES

*FOR THE CORDILLERA REGION: A target of 300,000 families with a budget of P1.3 BILLION.

*BAGUIO CITY ONLY HAS AN ALLOCATION OF P247 MILLION for a target of 45,000 FAMILIES.

* SOCIAL AMELIORATION IS GOOD FOR 2 MONTHS (APRIL and MAY)

* SOCIAL AMELIORATION PROGRAM IS FAMILY BASED NOT individual based (poor family vs. poor
individual)

Question: 1 bahay- 2 pamilya pwede ba bigyan ng 2 SA Card? OO, AS LONG AS magkahiwalay ang lutuan,
hapag-kainan, etc. at kung ELIGIBLE/QUALIFIED both Families.

*The barangay captain will CERTIFY that the person is eligible for SAC before being VALIDATED by DSWD.

1. MIYEMBRO NG 4PS- di na bibigyan ng SAC dahil AUTOMATIC na silang mabibigyan through their
ATM/CASH CARD.
2. FAMILIES who have TAXI DRIVERS/PUJ DRIVERS na HINDI NAKAPAMASADA because of Covid19.

3. FAMILIES who have SENIOR CITIZEN members na HINDI SILA NAKALABAS because of Covid19.

4. FAMILIES of SOLO PARENTS na walang ibang support other than their income.

5. SARI-SARI STORE OWNERS/VENDORS/ESTABLISHMENTS na CLOSED because of Covid19.

*Kung sari-sari owner/vendor/establishment ka pero nakabukas ka during the ECQ, NOT ELIGIBLE.

6. DISPLACED WORKERS & INFORMAL SECTOR WORKERS GREATLY AFFECTED because of Covid 19.

Example, Labanderas, drivers, kasambahays na hindi nakapagtrabaho dahil sa Covid19.

7. SENIOR CITIZENS na hindi kasama sa Social pension at may mahirap na pamilya, hindi makalabas dahil
sa Covid19.

8. Barangay TANODS NOT RECEIVING REGULAR INCOME/HONORARIUM and whose SPOUSE/S and/or
CHILD/REN don't have regular income. (discretion of evaluation committee)

NOT ELIGIBLE/QUALIFIED

1. Families who have OFW spouses/members.

2. INDIGENT SENIOR CITIZENS whose family members can sustain or help them. They are also already
receiving SOCIAL PENSION.

3.FAMILIES of SENIOR CITIZENS who can sustain their cost of living for the next 2 months.

4. Mga taong NAKAKARECEIVE NG SWELDO hanggang ngayon.

5. GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES.

6. WORK FROM HOME.

7. RETIRED PENSIONERS.

8. BARANGAY OFFICIALS/WORKERS RECEIVING REGULAR HONORARIUM.

9. PARENTS who have CHILDREN working abroad.

10. PEOPLE who can generally survive for the next 2 months.

11. PEOPLE who are in the TUPAD PROGRAM of DOLE- meron nalang pong P2,000 cash incentive na
ibibigay ang DSWD para dun sa kulang because may P3,500 kayo na makukuha from working in the
TUPAD program.

1. CAMP

-for the stranded workers of business establishments in the FORMAL SECTOR.

Examples: stranded workers of SM, groceries, hotels, etc.

-the employer/company will apply to DOLE for the employee(s) .

2. TUPAD

-displaced workers will be able to work in the barangay for 10 days with a daily rate of P350. P3500 for
10 days.

-38 barangays were covered for the 1st batch
