ACTIVITY

1. A quiet place to read.

The more focused you are, the assimilation of concepts will be greater. Surely it is not so
difficult to find a space for you where you can get lost while reading.

2. Read daily

Reading is good to improve your writing level, to learn more vocabulary and, in general, to
expand the culture at all levels.

3. Start with simple texts

Start with writing that you can easily follow and find interesting.

4. new terms

If you find a word you don't know, underline it to find its meaning, but don't stop at each
one because you will spend hours reading three sheets.

5. Check the dictionary at the end

It is essential that you stop using the dictionary with every term you don't know, if you do,
it will tire and overwhelm you, making reading a real tedium.

6. scan and skimming

the reader is not aiming to absorb all content, he just wants to find specific information

7. summaries and schemes

The elaboration of syntheses or summaries. Reading has two phases: reading and
interacting with the text.

8. Keep a record of what you have learned

As you progress in your learning process, write down your progress.

9.  consultation tolos

They are essential resources to know the meaning of some words and understand certain
structures.
10. Practice and share everything learned

The last advice is that everything you assimilate, share it with native friends, teachers or
colleagues, or that are specialists in the subject.
