Length: 6.058 mtr.
Width: 2.438 mtr.
Height: 2.591 mtr. Without muffler.
Our offer is based on the drawing no CPG-STD-DWG-ENC-001 REV-A which sent to us on above
mentioned mail date and as following:
Scope:
Packaging of std. modified, 20’ ISO container,
Enclosure:

 Modified 20’ STD ISO container.

Side / Roof panels:

 The panels shall be made with 50 mm thick inner lining of glass / rock wool of 48 Kg. /
CUM density, and covered with 0.7 mm thick perforated GI sheet.

Air Suction:

 The air suction shall be horizontal through chevron type louvers as per above mentioned
drawing no.
Air Discharge:

 The air discharge shall be horizontal through splitter type attenuators & 45 deg staright
louver as per above mentioned drawing no.

Doors:

 Enclosure shall be fixed with 2 Nos. of Single doors.

 Doors shall have panic release push button type locks.
 The doors shall have container type S.S hinges & door catchers.
 Rubber beading shall be provided on the door frames.
Internal lighting & Electricals:

 Enclosure shall be fitted with 3 no. florescent type 2 x 36 watt. IP 65, light fittings operated
on 250V AC, 50 Hz. The make shall be Crompton U.K or equivalent.
 Enclosure shall be fitted with 3 no. florescent type 8 watt. IP 65, light fittings operated on
250V AC, 50Hz with 2 hrs battery back-up. The make shall be Crompton U.K or equivalent.
 Enclosure shall be fitted with 2 no. bulk head lights and will be placed above each door.
 1 no industrial sockets, 16 A, 3 pin type shall be installed at the required locations.
 1 no. D.B Box (metal body) shall be installed. The make shall be ABB Germany or
equivalent.
 2 no. 2- way gang switches shall be provided. The make shall be Volex, U.K or equivalent.
 Earthling boss at opposite corners to be provided on the skid base for direct connection of
earthling cable.
 Cable cutout shall be provided for cable outlet.
 2 no. of emergency push button, with cover, shall be provided on each side of the enclosure.
Other Features:

 A special sealant shall be applied on the roof top cut-outs for roof sealing.
 Free issued Mufflers shall be fitted on top of the container (cylindrical muffler) or will be
mounted inside the enclosure with proper supports and rain cap (box muffler).
 SS flexible and pipe connections from the engine exhaust (inside the enclosure) to the
muffler shall be covered with jacket type heat insulation.
 MS Cheq. Plate shall be fixed on the floor and will be fully welded.
 Fuel in & out connections shall be brought to the edge of the container.
 Lube oil drain connection shall be brought to the edge of the container.
 Radiator drain connection shall be brought to the edge of the container.
 A cut-out shall be made on the roof top for access to radiator filling.
 Ladder shall be provided for access to the roof.
 Container CSC certificate shall be provided.
 The container floor shall be bunded for engine oil and coolant and sump.
Painting:

 The steel material shall be grit blasted to S.A 2½, and primer painted.
 As the container wall surface is zinc coated & pre-painted, it shall be painted with a special
acrylic based paint. The paint shall be sigma / equivalent.
 The paint thicknesses shall be approx 160-180 µ.
 The external & internal paint shade shall be RAL colour of your choice.
NOT INCLUDED:

 Batteries.
 Any type of gauges, sensors or detectors other than fire system.
 Any third party certification.
  Fan Motor control Panel.
 Cable for fan motor control panel.
 Genset painting.
 Battery acid.
 Engine oil.
 Radiator coolant.
 Load testing.
 Battery charger.
 Transportation.
 Vibration Isolators.
 Radiator piping.
 Any type of electrical panel other than Aux. DB
 Any sort of electrical wiring other than electrical lights, switches, sockets & push buttons.
 SS exhaust flexible bellows.
 Muffler(s).
 Battery connecting cables.
 Insulation jacket other than the muffler connecting pipe & flexible bellow.
Delivery: Ex- works, to be discussed.
Payment: 60 days from the date of invoice.
