1. Wake up early in the morning .


2. After that done a physical and mental exercise upto minimum 30 minutes. It can provide lot
of good vibes for the whole day.
3. Praying a wish to the infinite source whatever you want to achieve in life. It can create a
attachment to the reality of achieving it.

4. Make a plan for the whole day . And try to achieve it in limited time interval.
5. Start your work with doing something good.
6. Keep away from social media because it can distract a lot and decrease the work efficiency.

7. Avoid the habit of procrastination and make a habit of doing it now.


8. Read some Page of self help books whatever you want to achieve .

9. Try to become good atleast some percent in work everyday .And you find in long run you
improves a lot .
10. Want to look a positive side of everything.
