C. Grading System.
Levels of Assessment Percentage
Knowledge 15%
Process 25%
Understanding 30%
Product/Performance 30%
D. Quizzes/Tests
Short quiz (20 items and below)
Sometimes are given using the CLE tablet
May be announced or unannounced
A student who cheats during a test/quiz shall automatically get zero (0) in that particular test/quiz
During test/quiz, the seating arrangement must be strictly followed
Test are always announced
E. Laboratory Activities
Usually done per group (5 groups)
There are two (2) main (permanent) leaders assigned in each group aside from the checker, recorder, and organizer
which are chosen per laboratory activity.
Note: each member of the team should take turns in the roles performed per activity so as to maximize participation.
Worksheets of each group is held by the group checker, then given to the checker of one group, who submits the five (5)
group reports to the subject teacher.
Late worksheets whether group or individual will be given deductions under Punctuality
In case of not following instructions, deductions will also be given under Accuracy
In case of excused absence during an activity performance, the student shall receive lower than the group score
Materials needed
1. Long brown envelope
2. Envelope bearing a color code for each group
3. Laboratory gown
F. Recitation
When you recite is a sign of attentiveness and active participation
Recitation points depend on the difficulty of the questions answered
Choral recitation is discouraged
H. Class Routines
Promote discipline at all times
