600mm x 120mm 9.5mm thick "BORAL" gypsum ceiling boards;
set out symmetrically on exposed 50mm x 50mm aluminium T-joist
and spacer including 38mm x 12mm timber beading all around, all
as per Architect's instructions to 3.50m above ground level.

3 EXTRA OVER for forming 600mm x 600mm access panel Nos

complete with aluminium trimmer protection at perimeter of access
panel and opening.

4 Prepare and apply one coat of primer and tow coats of emulsion
paint, as described;

a) To skimcoated soffits of slab, sides and soffits of beam m2

b) To "BORAL" gypsum plaster board m2
