PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) E-goi shall provide the Partner with the following benefits:

Overall benefits:

- Ability to remove all mentions to the E-goi brand in messages sent out by the Partner via E-goi and
forms/webpages created by the partner in E-goi.

Additional benefits:

- Free optional online platform training (1 session) provided to the Partner at the Partner’s convenience.

- Free technical support to the Partner in their use of E-goi.

- Post-paid payment method available.

2) The Partner is allowed to charge their clients for any E-goi-related services that the Partner is asked to perform
by those clients (eg. designing newsletters, importing databases, managing subscribers, implementing subscription
forms, etc).

3) E-goi reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time upon thirty (30) days notice to the
Partner.

4) This agreement between E-goi and the Partner is effective until terminated by either party.
