Learning Outcomes (LO) : By the end of the lesson, students should:

i. be able to list down the types of food required by a

pregnant mother and its functions during the

pregnancy on a provided paper.on the paper

provided.

ii. be able to write down the types of food to be avoided

by a pregnant mother and its effects on the mother

and developing fetus on a provided paper

iii. spontaneously list down the baby’s needs after birth

and types of immunization or vaccination

recommended for a baby on a provided paper.
