Actions Taken (on your computer)

1. Installed Global VPN Client.
2. Placed Midmac Proxy Switch application (midmac-proxy-switch-x64.exe) on your Desktop.
3. Installed and enabled Microsoft Teams for you.
4. Moved all your email archives to C:\Email Archives\ folder.
5. Moved all your personal/non-work-related data, if any, to C:\Personal\ folder.
6. Enabled OneDrive.
a. You can find it in This PC, on the left-hand side, OneDrive – Midmac Contracting Co. W.L.L.
7. Moved all your work data to OneDrive – Midmac Contracting Co. W.L.L.
a. You can find your D drive data in ‘D Drive Data’ folder.
b. You can find your Z drive data in ‘Z Drive Data’ folder.
8. Enabled automatic backup for Desktop, Documents, and Picture folders.
9. Removed the D drive and any other drive except C drive.
10. Extended C drive space.

• Global VPN Client is a Remote Access VPN application.

• Remote Access VPN provides users with secure, seamless remote access to corporate network and resources
when traveling or working remotely, provided that the user has access to the internet.
• Midmac Proxy Switch is a small application to easily switch proxy settings on your computer.
• Microsoft Teams is a unified communication and collaboration platform that combines persistent workplace
chat, video meetings, file storage, and application integration.

you share and collaborate on work documents with co-workers.
