Project Tittle: “Accessing the Corporate Mediclaim Market in India and Studying the impact
on companies for Corporate Mediclaim implementation in view of recent MHA Guidelines
(15 April 2015-Anexure II, clause 5-Mandating the Health Insurance Essential for all
employees.)”

Methodology: You would have first study the all India corporate market for Mediclaim and
make your notes and if you can get state-wise how industries invest in group Mediclaim for
their employees and insurers they prefer. See which insurance companies have how much
share in this segment. Do as well study the health, motor and life insurance market just for
report purpose. You can make your initial project report on his in 2 days.

companies a day. Mail is essential but Calling is optional this I leave on to you, but if u call

know the Group Mediclaim if they have or they need for their employees in view of recent
MHA guideline (guideline copy will provide to send with mail to companies). Every evening
you would have to mail your excel report to Ms. Priti (office.aviyana@gmail.com) of emails
or calls done by 6 pm. I am not putting any hours or fixed time during the day. So you can
choose your time like a king.

Corporates that respond back with queries that would be handled by Ms. Priti - Team
leader.
The objective is to see the respondent rate of corporates looking to have implemented the
Mediclaim for employees and amount spend versus the size of the corporate (This you can
find on google).

There are no targets in rupee value as you are all finance students, we don’t want to treat
you like marketing people.

As this is work from home, we have to see u are less stressed and do work which gives you
the insight and knowledge.

Your offer letters we shall issue after we see seven days of your work. Do inform your
college and don’t press for advance offer letters. On 6th day of your working do give your
college coordinator name, his official email Id, Mobile Number College name and address
and your email we will send him your joining intimation with a copy to u.
There is no fixed stipend but if any lead is there which Ms. Priti takes forward and closes.
We shall give 2% of business. Again, the objective here should not be to earn but learn and
do internship where companies are cancelling and not providing internships. In end we shall
give u e-certificate of successful completion.
