production of photovoltaic panels, this is the case, Brithis Petrolum.

II. DISCUSSION
[4]
Thanks to the tax benefits provided by Law 1715 of 2014 and the
need to generate a policy focused on caring for the environment in [5]
the public and private sectors, there is high potential as a business
opportunity to install and implement solar self-generation plants in
the industrial sector, however, the country still does not point to a
substantial migration towards this energy source. Colombia is a
country that must still supply the energy needs of some parts of the
territory, which in the 21st century is still disconnected from a
sustainable energy network. In this order of ideas, it is possible to
propose that in order to solve this problem that afflicts some families
in the territory of Colombia, especially low-income families who are
in rural areas, the government focuses on implementing projects that
take advantage of the irradiation potential of each of the sectors, since
the geographical position of Colombia, close to Ecuador, benefits the
capture of solar energy, in order to provide an efficient, sustainable
and viable service for these families. UPME and the Ministry of
Mines and Energy estimate that by 2030 about 10% of energy
consumption in Colombia will come from photovoltaic or solar
projects. [5]
Under my concept, I consider that these projects should have as their
main objective the coverage of non-interconnected areas, which
would allow improving the quality of life of these people. With the
implementation of these projects, the improvement of health and
education services in remote localities is encouraged, where due to
