Services

Buying a property will be one of the most stressful things that you will do.
For this reason, it is important that we both gain a full understanding of your
brief and requirements so that we essentially select the right property for you.

We like our first meeting to be about your goals and aspirations and wish list.
We then take the time to do our research and present some short listed
properties to you.

We don't believe in bidding at auctions unless the property is the final


selected out of the available shortlist. For this reason, we need all finances
fully approved prior to an auction. We have a mortgage broking arm that can
assist you with pre-approvals.

Once we fully understand your brief and criteria, we will Invoice you for
$2,000 plus GST as a non-refundable retainer. This essentially secures our
services and we then commence our search.

As a guide our fees for the full search and acquisition service can range from
1.2 - 2.5% plus GST and our analysis and negotiation services are 1.0% plus
GST.

In this option, the Client appoints Solid Real Estate to act exclusively on their

research, shortlisting, viewing of properties and subsequent meetings with
real estate agents.

The client has the final say of acceptance or rejection of any properties
submitted by Solid Real Estate. This service is very proactive and designed to
achieve the desired result in a relative short time. The service is ideal for
clients wishing to gain access to the whole market including "off market
listings" and to avoid the time and stress involved in property research and
inspections.
