PURPOSE: O wns Brand.com roadmap and any applications ; Manages and prioritizes development, working closely with
all other team functions
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Owns all Brand assets and ensures data backed optimization
● Leads A/B testing, product innovation, funnel analytics based upgrades
● Drives UX for collaboration across functions / consumer journey
● Product Management: SKU management, Feature details, coherency in information in congruence with the
brand team
● Website Tech Enhancement: Product offers, UI development ( landing pages ), Payment page and innovations
to drive conversions
● Digital Systems Management: CRM, Lead management, Automation
● Identify partners for CRM, Automation and implement onboarding anf execution
● Lead Analytics & Reporting: Overall conversion metrics & journey fulfillment paths, PPV, PPV conversion, funnel
analysis etc.
