AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING
I, JUN-JUN B. WAG-E, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of
Tawang, La Trinidad, Benguet after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state that:

1. I am the General Manager of Bosongan Construction and also the winning

bidder in the project “Improvement of Footpath” located at Boted, Tawang,
La Trinidad, Benguet;

2. I hereby undertake to start, begin, or commence the implementation of the

above described project immediately within 10 days from receipt of the Notice
to Proceed ;

3. I further undertake to finish the project within the timeframe as stated in the
contract;

4. I understand that any delay on my part in starting and finishing the above
described project can be a ground in diminishing my contract price in the
form of liquidated damages and I hereby undertake that any unexplained
delay can be used against me if and when the Contracting Entity decides to
blacklist me in its future bidding processes;

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements

of facts and for all legal intents and purposes that it may well serve.
