1. Moeed: HR Representative
Moeed’s scores depict that he is a good listener and has good communication skills, hence the best
job according to his traits will be a HR representative. His traits like easy going, friendly are an edge
for being a HR representative because a HR representative must be able to deal with employees in a
friendly manner. His trait scores also reflect that he is a trustworthy person which is a must have
trait for a HR representative because employees will only open up about their problems if they know
they can trust the person and their confidentiality will remain intact. Employees must believe that
the HR representative will do the best thing for them and have their best interest at heart.

2. Qurat: Kindergarten Teacher


Qurat’s score reflect that she’s adaptative and flexible hence, she can be kindergarten teacher. Kids
in kindergarten change their mood very quickly according to the surrounding environment so a
flexible person can handle them much more easily. Her score also shows that she’s quite empathetic
which is also an excellent trait to be kindergarten teacher because kindergarten age children are in
their growing age specially the psychological development which can be hamper if someone at this
post doesn’t have empathy. Children are sensitive and hence, an empathetic personality teacher can
really contribute towards their psychological development.

Hina’s score reflect that she’s empathetic, friendly and dependable. These traits are perfect for a
professional organizer job because being dependable means an employer can depend on you for
anything. He/she can count on you for every thing and control your things. The employer need
someone who can keep reminding him the goal of the day, so that he/she can stay focused these
things can be handled by Hina very well.

4. Maleeha: Politician
Maleeha’s score reflects that she’s is super confident which is a great trait to be a politician in order
to face everyone. Maleeha is highly confident and knows what's best for her and her people. She is
also very vocal about her issues and if people around here are going to have questions, she will
always be answering them in the same manner she wants to hear her speech. Maleeha is
dependable, polite and outgoing. She should be able to communicate with others in the best
interests of them. She's driven and ambitious, which means she's not trying to back away from her
goals, but instead put her best foot forward to do so.

5. Faisal: Entrepreneur
Faisal’s score reflect that he is very good speaker and has the power to convince people which is
very basic and important skill required for a entrepreneur. He accurately knows how to deal each
and every personality based on the differences. He’s also perceptive which means he can handle his
subordinates with great skill which will add value to his business.

6. Zara: Career Counsellor


Zara is friendly, trust worthy as well as dependable which makes her a good listener. And according
to my analysis with the help of these traits Zara will be the best as a career counsellor because she’s
is very deligient while dealing with other hence, she can listen and address her clients properly with
due attention. She can develop long term connections with her clients due to her friendly and
empathetic nature.
