HRMS Module:-
Introduction
Human Resources in Hinawi Software is a platform to be used as the central control unit in the entire
Human Resources Management System. It has the employee database with their personal details,
family, contact, education, experience and much more information. Their monthly activities can be
recorded and payroll will be updated to accounts with just one click. Employee self-service application
provides access to specific information online saving time of HR personnel.
The Timesheet can be used to track the time of employees in an effective manner. Employees cost can
be recorded by projects and location. Employees can fill this timesheet using Employees self-service
online also.
Hinawi Software allows you to create payroll for both type of employees HR and timesheet with just one
click and it can be updated directly to accounts thus avoiding duplication of work. Through this
integrated system, Salary Information File (SIF) can also be generated and sent to the bank directly.
Taxes in Hinawi Software are available to be used for HR and payroll module and will automatically be
deducted from wages. User can define the deduction preferences and tax basis. The tax basis can be
setup by different filters for employee or group of employees.
WPS can be created from payroll.
