Sewage/Effluent entered the valve chamber, the anti-
shock float is moved to close the big orifice, air is
released from the small orifice from the anti-shock float.
The vent float is still in open position to discharge air.

The pressurized air is still moving out from the small
orifice.

Once the pressurize air closes both big and small orifices,
the vent float closing vent spool piece to prevent air
entering into the valve chamber.
