Usability Test: How to Make Oreo Balls

Purpose:

Welcome and thank you for participating and helping us out by evaluating
the instructions. As you work through the tasks given, at any time during the task, if
you feel frustrated or confused, you may stop and skip to the Questionnaire section
of the document. Please fill the questions out for data purposes and submit it to
the prompter. Please think out loud throughout the instructions, therefore we
know how to improve the instructions. Notes will be taken as you preform the task
in order to keep track of what should be improved in the instructions. There will
also be more data captured from your answers to the questionnaire at the end.
Keep in mind that the main focus of this test is to find errors with the instructions,
therefore the difficulties you may face are due to the instructions and not a
reflection of you. Thank you for taking the time out to participate!
