BY LAWS IN THE OPERATION OF THE CANTEEN

The school is need of two (2) private individual to operate a canteen at the school
premises to cater the needs of more or less five hundred (500) students and employees.
Any operator shall provide and secure basic requirements before its operation, the
following are:

1. Business permit from the Barangay Local Government

2. Mayors permit from the Local Government Unit of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao
3. Medical Certificate
4. Operator must be a residence of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao

The operator who will manage the canteen shall abide to the following conditions:
1. The operation is good only for one year (1) which is the current school year
2. An amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 2,500.00) shall be collected
every month as rental of the school canteen
3. The amount mentioned shall be remitted to the school as school fund
4. Electricity and water consumption are not included as rental fee thus, a separate
payment shall be collected monthly
5. Any plan or request of physical improvement shall inform the office and
whatever amount spent shall be deducted to the monthly rental fee
6. Right or privilege to operate is non transferrable
7. Any kind of food to serve shall be prepared clean and nutritious and selling of
junk food is strictly prohibited (as stated in D.O 13,s. 2017)
8. Trash bins, sacks, or cans shall be provided by the operator and must be visible
within the canteen. Waste disposal and segregation is strictly observed
9. Using of plastics and cellophane are not allowed
10. The price amount of any food or product to be sold out shall be affordable
11. Do not allowed any students to standby in the canteen premises during class
hour
12. Cleanliness of the waitress and canteen shall be observed all the time
13. The school is not liable to any forms of food poisoning to our students thus, the
operator is liable to answer legally all the consequences
14. Logbook shall be provided by the school for any items or foods to be taken out
as credit to ensure the transparency between operator and the school
15. Wearing of uniforms shall always be observed all the time
16. Non compliance to these policies and orders which means cancellation of his/her
rights to operate
