shall mandate provision of fresh air ventilation for tenant occupied spaces in tenant agreement,
specifying minimum fresh air ventilation requirements as per ASHRAE Standard
Notes 62.1 - 2010.

110 IEQ Cr 2 Daylighting Option 1: Simulation Approach and Option 2: Measurement Approach

Demonstrate through computer simulation that 75% of the regularly occupied spaces in the

Areas with 1,100 Lux or more daylight illumination levels should not be considered.
