WAIVER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;

We, _________________________ and _________________________ both of legal age,

Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. 7, Pambujan, Northern Samar, Philippines, after having sworn
to in accordance with law hereby depose and state.

That we are no longer interested over the parcel of land designated as Lot No. 1735, PLS-08-
000056-D, surveyed in the name of MATEO MORALES vs. IS JAPZON, containing an area of
TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR (28,984) square meters,
situated at Sitio Talajib, Brgy. Camparanga, Pambujan, Northern Samar.

We hereby voluntarily waive our rights and interests over the above-described parcel of land,
for an act of love, liberality and generosity;

We freely GIVE, TRANSFER and CONVEY, our rights and interests over the above-cited
parcel of land in favour of, WILLIAM M. PINCA, SR. and NORIEL M. JARITO, Filipinos and
residents of Brgy. Camparanga and Brgy. 2, Pambujan, Northern Samar

The above-named transferees, hereby accept and receive this waiver made in their favour,
and they express appreciation and gratefulness for the love, kindness and generosity of the
transferors;

We, Transferors and Transferees hereby affirm that we have voluntarily executed this
instrument out of our own free will, without force, intimidation or violence from any person
present at the time of execution of this presents, nor anything which somehow may vitiate our
individual consent;

We, the transferor, have no more claim or demand against each other regarding the said
property;

We, the transferors, including the transferees herein, are executing this affidavit with full
knowledge of the consequences thereof, and for any legal purpose this affidavit may serve.

Principals further sayeth naught.
