Dear All Staff,

RE: Education Requirements

The Australian Government Department of Health has prepared additional

e-learning training models that we need to complete.

The first session that you all should have completed to date is the COVID-19 Infection
Control Training module for all aged care workers.

Some of our organisations have requested that these education sessions are
undertaken as compulsory measures and it is important that we abide by this
requirement.

To get in to the Department’s website you need to use the same user name and
password that you used to set up your original log in details.

We have attached an instruction card below to allow you to complete this session:

The additional topics that you need to complete are:

• COVID 19-Module 1 Personal Safety

• COVID 19- Module 2- Families and Visitors – Part 1 Residential Care
• COVID 19- Module 3 - Covid 19 and Aged Care
• COVID 19- Module 4- Outbreak Management Procedures
• COVID 19- Module 5 – Preventative Protective Equipment (PPE)

For staff who also work in the laundry, you are required to complete

• COVID 19- Module 6- Laundry

Once you receive your certificates for the various topics that you have completed,
please email them to the Majestic Office at:

admin@majesticservicesgroup.com.au

This document outlines the process that you need to follow to undertake the
on-line Education Resource from the Department of Health:
1. This is the link to access the education:
https://www.health.gov.au/resources/apps-and-tools/covid-19-infection-control-
training

2. You need to click onto the Register now tab

When the page opens the Sign in/Register page appears.

As it is the first time that you are accessing the website; you need to click onto the
click here to register tab

Go to the: Infection Control Training CVID-19 Enrol in course tab

Click on Enrol in course.
When the page opens; Add in your personal details and a password.

** You need to remember your user name and password so that you can access your
certificate at the end.

A pop-up page will appear that tells you that: You have successfully created a new
contact profile

It will ask you to sign in/Register with your username and password. Your user name
and password should automatically appear. Click on Sign in

A welcome page will appear. Scroll down and click on:

Infection Control Training – COVID-19 Launch course

Start the course and watch the Youtube clips that are linked to the course. To go back
to the course after you have watched one of the Youtube clips, you need to close the
Youtube clip (click on the x to automatically go back to the course).

Once you have completed the course you need to answer 15 multiple choice questions
at the end.

Each time you answer a question, you need to click on the ✓ that is located on the
bottom right hand corner to go to the next question.

When you finish the course click on Continue

When you come to the end, click on continue if you answered all of the questions
correctly or click on review if you need to go back on some of the answers.

When you pass, there is a Congratulations page– click on the > that is at the bottom
right hand corner of the page to close the COVID-19 e-learning tool.

Close the assessment by clicking on the X up the top. If you cannot access your
certificate from this page; you need to log out and then log back in using your user
name and password.

When you log back in: Scroll down to the acknowledgement of Training section and
click on Print Certificate

Scan a copy of the certificate to head office: admin@majesticservicesgroup.com.au
