 Before installation, the seller will provide the layout drawing, and information of total line power, individual
machine power, power connections, water & air input and output position, total water consumption. After the
machines arrival in buyer site and put into position, the buyer must connect the water, electricity, air and
vacuum gas with the machines, then the seller shall send 3~4 technicians to help start-up the line for
production, on-line training and production supervision. The buyer shall pay below service ratings, as well as
round-trip transportation from our factory to buyer’s factory, the visa application fee, food, transportation and

The machine adopts two integrated motor and gearboxes, separately driving two specially Sigma shape
designed mixing blades to rotate with different speeds. The two mixing blades can mix soap noodles, flakes
with different kinds of liquid and solid ingredients inside the amalgamator chamber. Because of the special
designed blades, the soap noodles and the ingredients can be mixed well and even, and dyes and ingredients
can fully blend into the noodles, meeting different customer requirements. After the mixing, products are
discharged through the air cylinder controlled discharging door. All parts contacting with soap are made of high
quality stainless steel. On the top, there is a stainless steel cover to prevent the operators from the machine
harm during the rotating and any powder dust leakage.

Description 设备描述：
This machine has one stage of twin-worm and is used for soap mixing and refining. The motor and gear box
driving has higher driving efficiency, and with specially designed sealing, it can avoid the oil leakage from the
gearbox into the screw chamber to cause soap contamination. The lengthened screw chamer design can
reach 1:6 for the screw diameter vs effective barrel length, which can extrude the material effectively and
increase the compactness. The barrel inner body is made of high quality seamless stainless steel, without any
water leakage. The refining plate or net can be installed on the first plodder front part to enforce the martial
refining effects to optimization. Specially designed and continuously improved water cooling system and the
different screw inner diameter and pitch design are especially suitable for the laundry soap and toilet soap.
Except the aluminum screws, all parts contacting with soap are made of high quality stainless steel.

Z3. XS440A Three Roll Mill XS440A 斜三辊研磨机

Description 设备描述：
The Three Roll Mill is used for soap refining. Three rolls are inclined placed with different rotating speeds. The
refining function is achieved by pressing and squeezing force between the adjacent rolls. The main frame is
made of high quality stain structure, strong and solid. All gears are precisely manufactured and bathed in oil
lubricants for long running life with lower noise, less wearing and better reliability. Rolls are made of special
alloy, high hardness, anti-wearing capability, and with water chilling system. Gap between rolls can be adjusted
easily for different refining effects and production capacity needs.

Description 设备描述：
This machine has two stages of twin-worm, driven by independent driving and transmission system. The first
plodder is acting as a simplex refiner to make soap pellets in the vacuum condition. In the final plodder, the
soap is pressed and extruded out in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper. The
motor and gear box driving has higher driving efficiency, and with specially designed sealing, it can avoid the
oil leakage from the gearbox into the worm chamber to cause soap contamination. The lengthened worm

This machine can emboss and cut all kinds of toilet soap and laundry soap, fast and accurate. For toilet soap
production, this machine will cut the soap billets from the plodder into long bars to feed into the downstream

front so that the machine can emboss and cut the soaps at the same time to product finished product for

Vertical stamper adopts the best design and technology, driven by servo control and cam system, reliable and
high mechanical repeating accuracy. The suction cups pick up soap billet and put it onto the mould, then after

The frame is made of steel square pioe with good stability. The upper side edges and the bottom cover are all
made of high quality stainless steel. The thickened belts are made of food grade PVC. Brake wheels are
installed on the supporting feet, for easy movement and fixing.

3. Working Process and Function

1、 Connected with up-stream machine, products go into the smart conveyor feeder directly
2、 Feeder will transfer products evenly and continuously to the input conveyor slots of flow wrapper, then
product will be pushed forward by chain blocks
3、 The film goes from the film roll to the forming unit to become a film tube and then the product will go
into the film tube.
4、 Films with products will be sealed in the middle by below sealing roller and then sealed and cut piece
by piece by the transverse cutting blade
5、 The packed products will be transferred out by the discharge conveyor

5. Introduction – Smart Conveyor Feeder

Auto feeding: The feeder connects the flow wrapper with up-stream machine to realize fully automatic
packaging, saving labor and reducing cost.
Four-belt feeder: With the products movement monitoring of the sensors, the control system will store
and sort the products into certain distance and synchronize them with the speed of the flow wrapper by 3 belts
driven by three independent motors. The last 4th belt will be at same pace with input chain conveyor of flow
wrapper so that products can be conveyed into input conveyor evenly and continuously. The four-belt feeder
has independent control system and touching screen, which makes operation and maintenance much more
convenient

6. Introduction – Flow Wrapper

Safety: The moving parts below the machine are covered by protection shield to guarantee the

Easy operation: Central controlled by PLC, operated by HMI, easy to do parameter setting and shown
with all fault information. Sealing temperatures of middle and transverse are controlled independently, suitable
for several kinds of packaging material. The sealing is neat and clean.
Unique Design: Speed control by VFD, information displayed by HMI with excellent human-machine
interface to make operation easy and convenient.
The whole machine is controlled by 2 VFD with wider frequency range, which can increase the speed range
and realize the fluent speed change and setting.
Packing speed can be set according to the speed of the production line, perfect matching.
Once the bag length is set, high-sensitive sensors will automatically control and follow the film so that the bag
length will be accurate and no need of further manual adjustment.
The equipped coding machine will be easy to print the date and code, running and same pace with packing

Environment: flat floor, relative humidity less than 95%, temperature: 0-40℃
Input and output: height 900mm with adjustable foot with +-30mm range.
Power: Domestic: 220V/380V 50Hz; feeder power 0.7kw, flow wrapper power 2.7kw. Total
power 3.4kw
Suggest single phase 2 wires, 2.5m2 copper wire, for 3 phase, 5 wires, 2.5m2 copper wire
International: standard is 220V/380V 50Hz, for other power, please inform in advance before order in the
contract
Communication: Reserve the connection points of input and output of PLC. Communication
according to the requirement of the client(need to be informed to us in advance)

8. Size Change-over
Please provide to us all of the products sizes before PO
Normally, within the size range, only need to set the parameters on the HMI and adjust some points on the machine, no
need to change any size parts.
The process can be done by trained experienced operator in 3 minutes.

Film sample: Customers who are the first time to use flow wrapper, the customer must provide the film
sample for us to test, so that we can guarantee the packaging quality
Folding: Currently at the market, more than 95% of the products have no corner folding because of the
bad sealing quality after folding.
If the customer wants the folding, then it’s must be confirmed in the contract. The folding is optional function
with extra cost.
Our Suggestions:
Before contract, provide to us all the products you want to product by the machine
Each size should give us 2 packed samples
The samples are so important that we need to confirm the size range, sealing pattern and if the film can be
used by the machine

10. Customer Acceptance Test

Before the customer comes to our factory to test the machine, the customer must provide all the products to
us.
Each size must have 1 roll of film and 100 products.
We strongly recommend the customer to provide the required qty of film and products, otherwise, we will not
bear any responsibility by any machine fault caused by not efficient product tests in our workshop.

1. The structure is made of aluminum alloy after anodizing. It will be more firm and high-strengthened

2. Input Conveyor: Equipped with frequency conversion system, input speed can be changed by

7. Blade: Use customized silicone rubber strip for film pre-pressing device and equipped with serrated
blade, which can guarantee the one-time cutting
8. Up folding plate and back pressing plate: Applied with four cylinders, finish up folding film by the
sequence actions of the four cylinder; the back pressing plate is controlled by air cylinder with spring.
9. End Seal: Heat blade device is made of aluminum, firm and light; the heat blade itself is made of
brass with excellent thermal conductivity. Customized L-shape heating pipe is also applied. This
device can guarantee the consistency and smoothness of the sealing. The actions of heat blade is
driven by air cylinder below the device, which will avoid harm to workers under maintenance.
10. Side Seal: Square shape seal(not the whole surface seal ) is in the middle of the side, both
components are equipped with adjusting devices(adjusting screw), which meet the sealing
requirement of different specifications. There is no adjusting screw for the whole surface seal.
11. All action components applied air cylinder driving with linear guideway method, easy to assemble, of
high accuracy and easy to adjust
12. All air loop inside the machine is already assembled, client only need to connect the air pipe from the
air supply to machine; the machine is equipped with gas storage tank and avoid damage to the
stability of the machine caused by unstable air supply. The machines is equipped with air supply
components, including filter and reducing valve
13. It is equipped with anion generator and unique curtain design, which make film conveyed straightly
without shaking.
