AMENDMENT OF MORTAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This INSTRUMENT, made and executed by and between ……………………, married to

Filipino citizen, and resident of ………………………., hereinafter called the MORTGAGEE,

estate mortgage to and in favour of the MORTGAGEE on certain real property described in
